Skai repliedJust to remind myself. It's sort of a habit now. Uhm, recently start practicing drawing, which is the second number: 12 days. 39 stands for the amount of days I've started improving myself in general. (: I'm sure I'll be adding more and more numbers as I can take them throughout the future. For now, two sets will do.

Finished watching The Babadook....Welp! That was weird.

The Babadook itself was kind of a refreshing creature....I'm so used to the cliche "creepy girls with long black hair and nightgowns" thing, ya know? I eventually understood the meaning behind the story, it was just- unusual.

Now I know that being an extra in TV shows sucks. I'm only getting payed 25 bucks, I did nothing significant and yet I got SOOO tired and in the end there was barely any reason to be there. At least now I know that acting as an extra is the worst job I can pick.
Cricket repliedOne of my best friends is an extra in movies and TV shows and he gets paid like $300-$500 a day, plus probably more now since he was in movies like Get on Up and is now in the new Fantastic 4. Maybe you just were looking in the wrong place
I would research the job a little more carefully and look up reviews of them or something. Also, it depends on where you live as well and what is available. My friend works out of New Orleans and that is a busy movie shooting place; it's ki...AngelTheWeirdStranger repliedWell, here in Greece we don't have any good movies or TV shows that get really popular or get a good amoung of box office money so getting payed AT ALL, for being an extra in movies is good enough.
As you said, it really is based on location.

I used to do theater and my friend has tried to get me to do movies with him but ehhh...

The first scene lasted WAY too long. After that it got a bit better with scenes lasting a little less long but it still was really tiring to do the same thing over and over again.
If I was getting paid more I wouldn't mind doing it a thousand times but as it was, it was just time consuming. I could have spent my time studying for my exams instead.
At least I got to talk with my frie...

Old Fairly OddParents: Great stories and a large range of characters. Current Fairly OddParents: Bad stories, barely any characters other than Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, Poof, and Sparky, the horrible running gag of Cosmo and Wanda losing their wands or something after making one wish.
