instead of doing "three hours of maths" why not got extra help? if you're going to uni/coll im sure they offer tutors. it comes with your tuition.
if you're in grade school ask for extra help.

But seriously, I don't think they'd do that. Since IV's (which are some special "Natural" stats if you will) turn out to be crap for the Pokémon some people get, we'd have a lot of angry customers. At least, for the Pokémon guru side.
