    Every fanbase seems fickle because every fanbase is made of many people with many opinions. No matter what you do, at least one part of the fanbase will protest. There's nothing for it.

    @Zola Exactly. I don't think there's any winning when it comes to fanbases, so it just seems arbitrary saying the fanbase as a whole sucks. If you want to avoid the problem of asinine fans, you might as well stay off the internet.

    I'm legitimately surprised you don't mind the Pokemon fanbase considering how stratified THAT one is. Between all the games vs anime vs manga vs competitive battling vs non-competitive vs Genwunners, etc., I'm surprised you don't hate it as much as the KH fanbase.

    Because none of they hated my guts for loving Gen 5 Pokemon like what you guys do to anyone who loves 358\2 Days

     

    None of them ate me alive for hating Rotom-Wash like what you guys did when I didn't like Birth by Sleep

     

    I can actually talk and suggest things without people lecturing me on how it can never happen like what you guys did on most of my threads and people on other KH forums like KHInsider

     

    And most of all,I actually had FUN with them....FUN.E...

    When you diss things people like, they have a tendency to flip out on you depending on how you word things.

    No one's chewed you out for liking Gen 5? You're either very lucky, or you're not as invested in the fanbase as you claim you are. Gen 5 receives more hate then Gen 1 ever does.

    1\I never worded my dislike for Birth by Sleep in any offensive way,I've listed my points in terms of gameplay and story and went away...only to find pitchforks and torches in front of my face

     

    2\Gen 5 is my favorite Generation in Pokemon,and no one ate my flesh for saying that,Genwunners are easy to counter with epic ownage just by posting a list of all Gen 1 glitches.

     

    And I'm invested in the fanbase more than you'd probably think,Sure Gen 5 was hat...
