    You can nominate yourself, but of course, not everyone is going to vote for you. So if you think some guy who nominates himself for every category is going to win the vote, its not going to happen.

    Theres a difference between nominating yourself and voting yourself.

    You can nominate yourself 50 billion times.

    But you have only one vote per category.
