It feels so weird to watch the trailers for 2.8 especially with Back Cover since we now know the cast! Like now I can totally hear Chrom and Knuckles in it, and now I hear the voice of the girl from Nickelodeon.

Cyber Shaman repliedIt's....OK. I think it's trying way too hard to appeal to all the Adventure fans through Nostalgia. I mean yes it's a classic, but nostalgia should'nt be the factor that determines a good show. Though I do like a few characters and the plot shows alot of foreshadowing.
BlankShell repliedI mean, I've seen plenty of people complain that there's not enough nostalgia. They're characters we know tackling mature issues we've never seen them have to deal with before. It doesn't get much more Digimon than that.

BlankShell repliedJust the idea that everything they do isn't self-contained and that their actions have consequences on the world at large. Savers was more about what could be considered family, and Frontier was... sort of a larger commentary on death and rebirth, but anyway.

WakingDawn96 repliedAnd I guess I don't really help with that sometimes myself, but honestly people, including me and maybe even including you, need to start being more opened minded and not start attacks when people are just trying to debate their beliefs.
HarLea Quinn repliedWell not including me since I don't attack. Instead, I have to clean up when others do. People need to understand that not everyone here will agree with you. Instead of getting mad when others disagree or have diff views.
HarLea Quinn repliedWe have tried over and over to let people discuss these heated/emotional topics but some can be very intolerant towards respecting others beliefs or views. Thus having to clean up status's earlier and posting this.
WakingDawn96 repliedWell not actually you Quinn, but maybe the person who reads that statement. And I know first hand about how much you probably have to deal with from people, which thinking back on that, maybe it would be helpful to keep a clear mind and even if a person gets mad because of something someone else said or did, then that person should just get offline and take a moment or two to just breathe and calm down and then think on the subject with a different mindset than their own.
WakingDawn96 repliedBut sadly, not everyone will do just that, and thus causes this sort of problem. If only people would take a moment to recollect their thoughts, then we could actually talk about important matters.
HarLea Quinn repliedSadly, some people don't talk to listen or understand. They talk to win their viewpoint. I wish people could discuss to understand peacefully and to also communicate their own reasoning well.

I am so pissed at Amazon right now. It's 7:00 at night and my copy of 2.8 has yet to ship. Tomorrow is Sunday, so it won't be shipping until Monday, meaning tht it will not be delivered until Wednesday. I paid them nearly $10 for two-day shipping to ensure it arrived on release day and not it won't get here until the day after.
Isamu Kuno repliedI can only hope that it had shipped but that they just haven't updated the tracking info or e-mailed me yet due to the volume of orders they got. It's happened once before, I didn't get any confirmation until my order showed up at the door. I mean,it's been "shipping soon" since 2:00 yesterday morning.
