    There's nothing wrong with that, but when it comes to making an entire nation follow the rules of a religion is ridiculous, especially when there's such a variety of religions and cultures here. Like, the fact that I can get married makes me really happy, plus it doesn't bother those who disagree with it, since they don't have to go to these weddings or anything.     I mean they are a Christian first. If they can't support something or allow something because of their faith and their conscience, then they should follow their faith.

    Being a Christian does not mean they will impose their faith on another. Christians don't and shouldn't do it.

Unfortunately, I've been subject to many many prosecutions from my family, my dad even saying that the only reason he hasn't kicked me out yet is because he promised God he wouldn't kick out his kids.     but I disagree with the idea that an entire nation be labeled as a single religion when this nation was founded on the idea of Freedom to Exercise Religion or lack thereof without Prosecution

    The act of homosexuality is a sin in my belief, but homosexuality as an orientation is not a sin. Of course an entire nation shouldn't be under one religion. You see, the US was founded on Christian principles. What is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights is example of that in action. Freedom of Religion is indeed part of that. It prohibits the gov't or any making a faith a state religion, but does not prohibit its expression.

    Politicians expressing their faiths are not bad people. The president said "we are not here to impose our way of life on others" in his address. It goes for anyone with their ideas whether they have a faith or don't. You must decide for yourself what to believe. To help, I suggest you pray for enlightenment.

    I don't really have a belief aside from the general "As long as you aren't hurting anyone emotionally, mentally, or physically, do what you think is right, and be as happy as possible."

    I do agree with you, Shard. I feel that people, including politicians, should not enforce their personal beliefs on a nation since there are so many faiths and cultures founding this country. Sure, politicians can have their own beliefs, but they shouldn't enforce them upon others. Especially if it's not hurting them or anyone else.

    On another note, that is really saddening to hear about your dad. : ( It sort of sounds like my family who would accept no other religion or possibility of practice besides their own. Again, it's one thing to have your own ideas, but my problem comes in when they are forced upon adults who can make their own choices.

    If there is one thing that we can take away from this, it's this: respect. Respect for others beliefs and for other people in general. Christians are taught to do that and those that don't are lacking and missing the point of the faith. Respect will lead to tolerance. Being a Christian and adhering to the faith includes not enforcing their faith on others. That isn't what they are taught and that isn't what they do nor are supposed to do.     ...mentioned that Christians are stereotyped. Politicians have religious liberty too. Please understand that acting out the faith in public does not mean the faith is enforced on others. Christians are taught to love their neighbor and respect others. They are also taught to adhere to their faith. You can act out your faith in public whether politician or not and not impose it on others.

    Depends on what we're defining as success. I don't think repealing healthcare accessibility, defunding planned parenthood, and getting cozy with an enemy state are "successes".

    You pray he has good judgment and God gives him the wisdom to make the right decisions. He has plenty of people around him to advise him. I am sure he will listen to them and make the right judgment.

    I'm absolutely hoping he makes the right decision, but the people he has surrounds himself with either have contrary interests to the things they are supposed to be advising him on, or no idea what they're talking about. Nothing about that is comforting.

    i think that mainly has to do with people comparing it to the Manga it was doing well up until the Yuuto fight actually but everything after that was pretty meh the anime was actually slightly better then the Manga in some points but like I said after the Yuuto fight meh

    So the new Zelda BOTW Amiibo do cost more than regular Amiibo, but that is to be expected since these are supposed to be more detailed than other Amiibo, and more detailed parts cost more nowadays.

    Have you ever held the wolf link amiibo and compared to a normal amiibo? If feels like its built better and a slight bit more weight to it. Just a better qaulitly product all around

    Joker, I own the Wolf Link Amiibo along with Twilight Princess HD! And I completely agree that that Amiibo is very well made and very good quality. :)

     

    And Clouded, I have no idea, they have yet to really announce what they do yet.

    I wanted the actual game and it was nice to get the Amiibo with it. I am also looking forward to using it in BOTW! :)

    I never got the GameCube version, and I wasn't about to get the mirrored Wii version, so HD was perfect for me! :)
