Damn. Was really hoping the release would stay in December as that's when I go home where my PS4 is at during holidays. Now I have to find another way to play it or wait till March for next holidays.

So to sum up, delayed release date, it's no longer a simultaneous global release, and there will possibly be DLC. At least on the upside the game looks amazing.

Okay, now I'm REALLY MAD! it's bad enough they delayed the game but they aren't even goign to have a simultaneous release to make up for it!??!
Hero of Light XIV repliedIt's still within one month of each other, considering SE's track record, that's a big improvement than having it be a whole month or two apart. I was never sure if they would even pull off a worldwide release in the first place, not when they hand't even came out with a full release date yet.

They probably wanted it to be farther away from XV's release so that the sales wouldn't interfere, and it was already so late into the year anyway, releasing it in the first month of the 15th anniversary of the series feels like just as organic of a move as anything. It's like only one month's difference, and really this is still a huge improvement than a month. 12 days is enough to be "a few days" for me, even if it is barely under...

Hero of Light XIV repliedWell...okay I'll give you that, if you aren't willing to go a whole 2 weeks than I don't see what the problem is with releasing within one week of each other. At this point I think they're just trying to be fairer to us very slowly in tiny increments over time. If they treat us completely the same as Japan too soon, then their prides will probably force them to throw up or something.
