10 being best charictar in franchise. to me she is a 7 1/2

4 bananas/Shigeru Miyamoto.

7/10. The character herself doesn't get fleshed out as much as I would like, but there are so many things about her to enjoy. I'm a sucker for artifical intelligence becoming sentient, and I've discussed her conflict with her own mortality many times already.

She gets a neh/10 from me.

That's about right. It would be "A new megaman game 2013/Capcom", if it wouldn't be for Roxas' clear love for her.

I give her a 9. She was one of the characters that I was instantly attached to. I wanted to find more about her, even after I knew "everything" there was to know. Plus, she's pretty~

6/10. I don't particularly care for the opinions of the people who rate her as low as 1 or 2, or the people who say she's a 9 or 10. I don't have a huge beef with her the way a bunch of other people do, but the haters tend to have some valid points. It's mainly how, instead of Xion telling her best friends about her problem and finding a better solution, she runs off and has them run around worrying themselves sick. I don't rate her lower for this, though, since I have a headcanon in place where Xion really does want to tell them, but is so scared or ashamed of how they'd react, she'd rather try to handle it herself, but just winds up causing more problems due to trust issues. There's also the matter of Axel, who wants to damn well make sure the truth stays a secret and would probably throw a wrench in the whole "finding a rational solution together" thing.

 

The problem is that actual canon doesn't show enough about Xion for me to feel any significant attachment towards her. It's even worse than Kairi's situation in that Kairi has the excuse of not having enough screen time in general for me to truly get to know her. Xion, on the other hand, has plenty of screentime and yet I barely know anything about her as a person. All I know is that she's kind, cares for her friends, and likes ice cream. A character needs more than kindness to be appealing, and Xion appears to have some trust issues that aren't portrayed as a flaw and/or a tragedy, but as something that helps the plot get moving to fit into KH2 canon.

 

Really, KH is full of awesome concepts that fall flat in execution for whatever reason.

I'll give her an 8.3/10 I have to admit she annoyed the hell out of me at first, then as I got more into Days she started to grow on me lol, I like her character but there are some things about her that still annoy me, and then there are things about her that I've started to take a liking to, so yeaa 8.3/10.

I don't hate her, but she's not my favorite

 

Overal, she isnt a horrible character, but she never really stood out.

 

She never did annoy me tbh, but as I was scrolling down the cutscene archives in Days I noticed that her name is engraved on almost every single one, which did botherd me because not everything in Days has to revolve around her, and yet it did.

 

When it came to her characterization, it was ok but not the best. She did have one flaw: she's emotionally fragile, but the thing about that flaw was that it's not a very good flaw imo, and sadly, that was the ONLY flaw she had.

 

But she did play a significant role in both Roxas and Axel's lives, but the problem is that she only added drama that wasn't necessarily needed. Also, she was the very reason why it took a year for Naminé to repair Sora's memories and gave Roxas the power to dual wield, but those are the only acceptation I noticed from her, then again every main KH character plays an important part that is greatly relevant to the overall story of the KH series.

 

I just wished they thought her through well, so she wouldn't receive the amount of dislike the fans of KH are giving her

Xion with the Sora face accessory? 2/10...if she doesn't talk, with talking, .5/10, cuz that shitz creepy. σωσ

I really do like Xion. She's been through as much as any other character (so why wouldn't she be a teensy bit upset? I mean...I was pretty upset throughout the game ), created a great friendship between Axel and Roxas, and I made a connection with her in the idea that she's not completely sure who she is. I've never understood why people dislike her so much O.o Oh well, everyone has their own opinions ^^

 

Funny how it's easier to logically explain why you hate something than logically explain why you love it. Funny how it's also easier to logically back up why something sucks than why it's awesome.

 

Also hilarious is how when you rip on something, you're critical and intelligent, but when you defend it, you're just another stupid fan who can't see basic facts.

10/10 though since im a major fan of the entire series i guess my vote won't count.
