Sora and Kairi sharing the Paopu fruit: How do you think it will happen?

Posted

Hey! So umm.. im not sure if there is already a thread of this in here :P I'm quite new (and lazy) so haven't really looked into it. This is also  my first topic o.o so nervous :P but um yeah like the title says how do you think it will happen? Since it's pretty obviously gona happen. It has been shown in many games that they will do it so uhh.. yeah.

I have my own opinion how i would like to see it happen.

Sora and Kairi are sitting on the paopu fruit tree in destiny islands maybe after beating the final boss? not sure doesn't necessarily have to be after it but still. So theyre sitting there looking at the sunset ( talking about something :P or just being silent i dunno) when Riku THE ULTIMATE WINGMAN OF THE YEAR shows up and goes (like in the first game :P):

''Hey Sora!''

*tosses an item wrapped in cloth*

''You wanted one didn't you? *grins*

*Sora opens the 'package' wich contains a paopu fruit*

Then they share it somehow :P havent really thought much about it tahn that...but yeah :D i know its pretty like badly planned idea but i would still like to see it like this. Better execute ofc but still. Now i would really much like to hear your ideas! (+ plus sorry for my grammar im not english so..)

Just realised how many freaking smilies i used..... GOD DAMNIT! I was nervous okay!

i think that after the final battle in kh3, everyone involved on the light side will share the paopu fruit, not just kairi and sora

Maybe before they go to the final world, there's a short cutscene at the Destiny Islands where they do that? I dunno, that seems like a good idea to me. ._.

There will probably be some huge explosion of darkness right before they kiss after sharing the fruit and then Sora being swallowed into to the darkness and then Kairi is like "hell to the no" so she gets her keyblade, therefore marking the new Kingdom Hearts Saga.

KH3 somehow recognizes your save data from 1.5 so If Sora lost against Riku in Destiny Islands in the climax of KH3 Riku will uppercut Sora and knock him unconscious into the Ream of Darkness where him and Ansem the Wise lives happiness ever after. Riku then attempts to share the Papou with Kairi but suddenly Goofy snatches it from his hands and gobbles it whole which  enters us into the Goofy secret boss which is impossible to beat, Goofy will begin the fight with Goofy Rocket which freezes your game and deletes your save.

THE END.

Yeah i can actually see this happening. xD

It's pretty much the end of KH3, Sora, Riku and Kairi are on the paopu island, Sora and Kairi are talking with each other, Riku throws Sora the paopu fruit and tells him "After everything you've been through, you owe her that much at least." Kairi is giggling as he tries to work up the courage to ask if she wants to share the fruit, and she [unsurprisingly] accepts the offer once he finally sputters it out. They finally share the paopu fruit, then kiss.

It'll be in smoothie form. Two straws. One cup.

At first I thought it said, "Two Girls. One cup.", because that's what it reminded me of.

I would rather if they are to have a romantic interaction at all, that it be mid battle so it's all dramatic and not mushy romantic.

Like when Elizabeth and William Turner got married in the middle of a battle on a pirate ship

That's how I want to get married.

yes, but have him get stabbed in the heart by a squid-pirate...

I DO TOO!

I like you're sig o.o

THANKS! i like yours too

Sora's gonna french kairi with some paopu fruit in his mouth.

I don't really think they need to by now

Honestly, I think they have to have it in KHIII somehow. In KHI's ending they showed where Kairi added to the drawing, in KHII, they showed Sora looking at the drawing again. I can't imagine they'd just ignore this in III, when it's been relevant in all of the other main titles (especially since Kairi will be getting some development in this game).

Now, I don't think they'll make a big deal about it. The way I imagine it happening is like the ending of II (where if you blink, you miss Sora and Kairi holding hands). It'll probably be something like you see them both sitting on the paopu tree... Then, they zoom in on the paopu, and for a split second, you see parts of it break off and fall into the ocean, (because Sora and Kairi have split it in two, and shared most of it). If we're lucky, maybe we might see their legs dangling together or something. And most likely, it'll all be during the credits. I wouldn't mind something more awesome like you said, Oblivion16, though:)

Also... there's a chance they might wait to do this until the very end of the series, but I really hope not. This arc started in the first Saga, and that's where it should stay.

I don't think it'll just be Sora and Kairi who share it. I think it'll be Sora, Kairi, and Riku. After all Riku has done for all of them, it'd be pretty messed up if they'd leave them out. Besides, KH is more about friendship. They're all best friends. It only makes sense to me the 3 of them share it.

Kingdom Hearts has been opened, the world is being rebuilt, and all is in complete chaos. Stars are exploding, seas are boiling, the earth itself is being torn asunder. In the maelstrom of destruction, Sora and Kairi finally manage to stay together, though it's no easy task: they are quite beaten and battered by the effort. But they finally make good on their promise of staying by each other. Then, the end of the world begins to slow down slightly, just calm enough to gather their thoughts, and they find themselves sitting on a small, wooden, shoddily put together raft. As they sit in silence, watching the end of the world, Sora mentions, in an attempt to ease the mood, that he's kind of hungry: he actually can't remember the last time he's eaten. He rummages through his pack, and finds, to his surprise, that he still has a papou fruit with him. Kairi sees this, and Sora, finally working up the courage, asks if she wouldn't mind sharing with him. Kairi accepts. As soon as they take a bite out of the Papou fruit they discover its rotten/ spoiled and start vomiting leading to one person who would put a rotten papou fruit in soras bag.. Riku *DRAMATIC CHIPMUCK SOUND*.

Fixed :)

This is perfection Dave !

All in front of a sunset. Cause' that's a thing that seems to happen a lot.

A long kiss.

Dude I totally agree with that

I dont really like the idea of Riku sharing it with them too i mean it has been heavily indicated between Sora and Kairi. But you're idea isn't bad ofc :D It has a possibility of happening i just well you know...dont like it.

Kairi and Sora must kiss! We've been waiting 7 whole games for this! (Huh, and seven years waiting for KH3, go figure.). THEY MUST KISS, AND IT MUST BE IN A DRAMATIC AND UNFORGETTABLE FASHION, AND THEM EATING THE PAUPOU FRUIT WILL SEAL THE DEAL! :3
