Why Kingdom Hearts 3 will NOT come out in 2015

Kingdom Hearts 3 is not going to be released in 2015 as much as i want this game it's not going to happen. There are four major factors why. Kingdom hearts 3 is really early in there development right now, Noruma is working on Final Fantasy 15 right now and he's making sure that comes out before Kingdom Hearts 3, they need to port over Dream Drop Distance to ps3 and ps4(hopefully) so everyone can catch up with the story plus it can give Square Enix more time to work on Kingdom Hearts 3 and finally, to keep Noruma's promise of getting a Kingdom Hearts game out the door each year. Tell me what you think

No the earliest we will get KH3 will be 2015, remember what a change the D23 trailer was to the E3 trailer even through it was a announcement trailer it was in- game footage so I will not be surprise if they are a little more then half way done by this time next year. Nomura said it himself that he wants to finish developing KH3 as fast as possible. So with my crystal ball that I have right in front of my keyboard, my prediction is late 2015 in Japen and Mid- late 2016 in U.S.

They're not going to port KH3D to the ps3 or 4. It came out last year. Seriously let's be realistic it's just too new a game to be remade already and it would be a huge waste of money. I'm sure they'll find a way to recap the story since, honestly, not much happened in 3D until about the last 2 hours of the game.

KH3D won't be ported to any other consoles,hell the game is fairly new and it came out last year on the 3DS.

 

Nomura isn't as dumb as Capcom who ported RE Revelation on HD consoles....only for the HD version to fail miserably because it didn't even came close to the sales of the 3DS version....it's the same game why do we need to buy it twice without being a Final Mix version

 

What's the point of remastering it when it's not that old and it's still available for everybody to buy???

 

Besides,they can't easily remove all the Touch Screen mechanics as it's a huge part of the game since most if not all the Linking with Dream Eaters and Reality Shift attacks are done with them.....and by that I mean you need a second screen not a little touch mouse on the controller

With this said since Nomura said no more new games between KH3D and KH3 and that promise with 1 KH game every year, and don't forget after FF XV comes out the team that was working on XV will also work on KH3, then I'm sure that it will come out in 2015.

I don't get why people want a DDD remake/remaster so badly, it is already a very good game, gameplay wise and graphic wise. And the 3DS is still popular, well atleast in my country. Maybe one day when the 3DS is history they could make a DDD remake/remaster. But not now, it is way to soon and I want them to focus on KH3 instead of making ANOTHER remake/remaster.

But Nomura isn't focusing on KH3; He assigned Osaka team to it.

 

Plus a 3D recap can be part of the extras for KH3 really. And furthermore, once FFXV is done, both Osaka and Tokyo teams will pool resources and get it out that much faster.

 

There's little reason they cant get KH3 out by 4th Quarter 2015.

I don't think there will be a KH3D port.  2.5 in 2014, I hope a KH animated movie of BBSV2 storyline(since most people want a movie)/MMORPG 3D version of Chi (a purchasable one that isn't pay for play) in 2015, then I expect KH3.

I think there's a small chance that it might get ported to the PS3, but it is still pretty recent, so it definitely not going to come out in the next year or so. But I still think there is a small possibility of it coming in 2015. If not that though, I would hope that by that time we would finally have Kingdom Hearts X localized in English. Either way, we should be expecting SOMETHING in 2015, we'll just have to wait and see what it is.

Doesn't mean it doesn't need clarifying. But whatever. I would like to see it ported by that time on either the PS3 or the Wii U, but I know the likelihood of that isn't that strong. But I'm not predicting anything, just saying what I'd like to see. Whatever they decide to do in that time, I hope it's something that gets me hyped and satisfied.

There won't be a KH3D port before KH3 is released. KH3D is a fairly new game and there's no reason to remake it.  I'd say the earliest we'll see KH3 is late 2015 for Japan, but that's at the earliest.
