to everyone who says fudge instead of f*ck

Recommended Posts

I admit that I say fudge. I even say "fudgebucket" when things go wrong. I hate cursing.

Finally! Someone who agrees with me. I don't like to curse, either.

By replacing one word with another, you're just creating a new curse word.

As someone with a 3 year old nephew, 2 year old niece I prefer for people to not swear, and if that means saying fudge, frik, duck, cluck whatever instead then I'm grand.  I do swear occasionally without notice, but I refrain around any kids, so trampy to see a toddler going around swearing.

I have a 3-year old nephew, too.

I don't like saying the f word in front of people expectantly to little kids. Even i'm not suppose to hear a curse word even though I'm 16 years old. That's why I hate people who say the f word in a crowd that's not supposed to hear it.

It does sound silly using the word fudge in that manner, but I'll take silliness over profanity any day. It makes the social environment and conversation more pleasant. In fact, I daresay it makes it....Simple and Clean
