His hair has actually grown a little bit but you probably chose the wrong picture of KHII Sora, after all it's not that huge difference.

Cause he would look incredibly stupid if his hairdo just increased in size.  Sora and his spiky fro.

People are afraid of change. Maybe Nomura thinks he'll get negitive feedback if he changes the precious main protagonist, so he experiments with his other characters. Sora ages, his hair just doesn't change much. The color changed slightly.

Sora's hair did grow. It has gotten longer and thicker since kHI

He also has more spikes. Nomura just drew his head proportionate to his body.

It did grow,But only enough to be proportionate to his body

He has gravity-defying hair. Nuff said. 

Sora loves his hair. It is fine as it is.

Lea and Axel are different don't compare them.

Well obviously every time Sora swings the keyblade he cuts the little amout of hair that grows every day, so in KH1 as his lims are shorter the hair is smaller than his hair on KH2, because in KH2 his limbs are longer and the hair stays a little longer too
