Mine would be Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix from 2.5 ReMIX.  I feel like I can play it over and over again!

A tie between KH2FM and Bayonetta 2 for me.

 

KH2FM for all of it's content and it's KH. Bayonetta 2 for all of it's content and brilliance.

 

I can't really decide which one though...

Persona 4 Golden, definitely.

Final Fantasy XII. The only game I genuinely never get tired of playing time and time again. 

id pick a game with replayability. a game that never ends. not sure, but maybe tetris. that game is in my opinion the pinochle of replayability. it actually WILL last forever. you can always beat your highscore! (before it caps out at least)  so maybe tetris.

Even if you get bored of the land, you could download a remake mod(I forgot the term) that completely changes the game/plot.

Bleck, I'd rather abandon games altogether than be stuck with a single one as my only option. Going cold turkey would be a similar fate anyway, but without making the single game you can play totally meaningless just from how often you played it.

HHHHMMMM... well, I have put several hundred hours into Mount and Blade: Napoleonic Wars, so it wouldn't be the worst thing to keep on playing that, but it's a multiplayer only expansion, so it would only work if everyone else chose it as their one game they would play for the rest of their lives.

Kingdom Hearts is my favourite franchise, but if I can only pick one game, it'd have to be Final Fantasy XII. Even though I've beaten it a million times, I still play it to completion at least once every year.

Or KH2 Final Mix or Metal Gear Rising. I can play thise over and over without getting boared.

Smash or Pokemon. Replay value is high af.

Any game in the KH series, but preferably KH3D.

Smash Wii U. Not my favorite game (That one should be obvious), but it has a ton of content, and I can play it with friends.

That's a tough one... I'd say it's a toss-up between KH2.5 (2FM, if that's just gaming the system), Pokemon: HeartGold/SoulSilver, or Persona 4 Golden. Each is loaded with content, and have a myriad of ways you can play and approach them.
