Would Sora care if someone was gay?

Posted

So a friend asked me this, and I found it to be an interesting question. I mean, it's completely clear to me. No, he wouldn't. I told her that any person who believes that Sora would shame someone or get uncomfortable because they fell in love with someone of the same gender has completely misunderstood the meaning of Kingdom Hearts.

But what do you guys think?

Sora would be happy for someone to fall in love with someone of the same gender. As for himself, he sticks with Kairi because she cuddly

Completely agree with you, no debate here

There's other shit goin on in that 17 year old's life for him to really put any thought towards something like that I think.

Sora's like the happiest, most easy-going dude in all KH (apart from maybe Ventus), so I'm pretty sure he'd be supportive and happy for anyone.

Basically this. Plus, the universe is huge, and he has a lot of places to go.

Sora forgave his best friend for choosing darkness in KH1 over their friendship, he thinks that a nobody deserves to be their own person like Roxas, and he never cares what gender, race, or even species someone is, he just wants to help people if they need it. Sora is one of the most accepting guys I can think of, I think he would accept anyone who was apart of the LGTB community. I think we could all learn how to be a better caring person if he followed Sora's advice.

He wouldn't care, as in he would make a deal out of it. But he would slap the shit out anyone who bashed said gay person. Not because they would be gay bashing, but because they would be jerks.

I'm pretty sure Sora would be very happy for that person. He isn't judgmental at all, and all he wants is for other people to be happy. It wouldn't be a big deal to him.

He would support them, not bash them. Love is love, regardless of what genders they are directed at.

Sora doesn't care that his best friend tried to kill him and destroy the world. He's pretty much the most tolerant person on the planet.

15.But no, he wouldn't care. He'd just say "good for them" and smile while thinking about his relationship with Kairi, just like he's done with all the straight couples he's met.

He's be happy for them, and respect them. I can't see Sora being homophobic, or hate any gender or sexuality.

Why would any of the characters mind, really? Sexual orientation doesn't affect one's ability to fight, reason, or be helpful, does it? I bet in their universe, being gay/ bi/ straight is as casual an issue as hair color.

Sora is pretty stupid, he probably doesn't know what being gay means.

Dude is so dumb he probably thinks being gay is a drive form or something.

Riku: Sora I'm gay.

Sora: Gay? Is that a heartless?

where the heck did this happy thought come from?

Uhhh, I really don't know

I don't see why Sora woulden't care for someone who is gay.

Sora would respect that person anyway. Anyway there's no Gay Characters yet in the game.

I know where this is going
