I think it would be interesting to either have him the same age as sora to make the sora/goof relationship feel more brotherly or have him the same age as KH1 Sora for kind of a comparison of how far Sora has come and even confronting/reviving some of his KH1 tendencies

nah see what they should do is, summon Nemo and his Dad, and they summon the Turtles who do a big giant water attack

there's room for both

i feel like an encanto world in the same vein as other story-driven worlds (agrabah, frozen, etc.) would be hard since the primary antagonist is generational family trauma. i could see it being a world, but maybe more along the lines of how winnie the pooh stuff is, where it's focused more on the characters with a minor overarching story beat (plus there'd be no heartless to whack either)

maybe in the new arc is not all about heartless. maybe something more pure and sinister like a pure darkness. invading the family with trauma and stuffs

just fight the house as the boss; easy 😌

They can bs some jargon about how "all the families DARKNESS built up over the years and possessed the house" or something like that easily lol

any villain/evil-ish person in kh has always had some form of heartless or something

or been connected to darkness

for encanto tbh i could see bruno as the 1 being controlled by some kind of darkness

or we have a KH original villain causing trouble in the background
