There’s already a lot of established characters that would be new to Sora.

And I doubt Quadratum is a one and done deal. You don’t introduce an entire reality just to use it in one game

It’d be a missed opportunity for Luxu if they didn’t meet. He seems to enjoy messing with Sora. That could’ve just been him playing Xigbar though.

the black box is hard to open, but it doesn't say you can immediately get to the contents once its opened. It could be another hard restriction, which may actually be the card/key sora has now

MoM being affiliated with Quadratum, luxord being from there. The card could be a way to access&destroy what is really inside the box.

+ why else would luxord give something considered to be extremely important to sora in the first place if not for his own goals, or to help sora. with the box being a mystery, and it can be presumed the inside is not entirely innocent. It could be a potential scenario he entrusted it with someone he can truly trust, which is sora. MoM/luxu/any1 wouldn't first think to see if Sora has it.

Literally the only similarity is both have brown hair. The faces have completely different structures. Also, if Peter was in KH4, why would Square go through the trouble of acquiring another dev teams likeness?
