    I just hope I could be able to transfer my in-game DLC from my old 3DS to the New 3DS. I don't want my Mewtwo to get deleted when I get it.

    Don't worry about DLC, as long as it is saved to your SD card you will be fine. The system transfers the data of one SD card from your old system to your new one, so everything saved there will go into the New 3DS
