Oh my goodness I did 4 rounds of this workout video- I couldn't do clapping push-ups but I managed regular push-ups, but this tricep extension move got more pathetic each round I attempted it @.@
Ugh I wonder if the workout was exclusive for guys, my arms are numb and shaky now xDx
Ruby Rose repliedThey really are! D: On the first round I barely did them, but on the second round when I tried them my arms totally gave so I had to resort to normal push-ups from thereafter
True- I rarely do upper body stuff other than regular lifting when sitting around watching TV so I'm not used to it; in a few weeks it'll be a breeze though just like hiking is for me now

Success, I've beaten Persona 3 FES!! now on to Persona 4!! Also maybe FFIX because it's only ten bucks on PSN..
Kingdom Of Me replied@Big Boss, uh no I haven't, my friends say it's just a dungeon grind with a little story, and the dungeons and combat isn't the best in the world, so i might watch it on youtube, but'll try it out tomorrow morning.
