BlankShell repliedIt wasn't a bad section, but it suffered from the game's main problem of not explaining how or what do at any point. Once you actually understand the pattern it's not so bad.
BlankShell repliedOh, you're talking about Chapter 13, I thought you were referring to one of the infiltration side missions. Yeah, Chapter 13 is the worst. It's not even stealth, it's just... slow.

I just finished FF XV and I must say, it was a pretty good game. I feel kinda bad about Noctis towards the end though.
TheKingdomkid repliedHow do you feel about Chapter 13? I heard it's not that great. I just got the Sword of the Father and havet gotten further and so far I can't complain about it. Is it just the fact that you don't have your weapons or is it for another reason that I haven't gotten to yet that people don't like the chapter
BlankShell repliedThe reasoning I've seen is because the game strips you of your powers for a LONG time, so it slows the pace unnecessarily. So hopefully the balancing update gives you some more options.
TheKingdomkid repliedI mean I can understand that but then you get the ring not that far in and then you get the swear sure it's not the weapons you used for the majority of the game but if that's the reason it's not a very good one. As for the jump scares I have a theory since I haven't beaten the chapter yet that it's suppose to be some what of a nightmare for Noctics similar to when earlier in the game he had one where parts of the Omen trailer played
BlankShell repliedWell, I'll let you discover the ending for yourself, but it takes a looooong time to get the sword (at least, compared to the rest of the game's chapters) and you're just in hallway after hallway with the same puzzles and the same enemies, so it's dull and repetitive. I liked the jump scares part myself, that's what made the whole thing interesting.
