    Got my copy of Dragon Quest VII! I really like it so far, it's a definite step up from VI and IX in terms of its level of detail. Can't wait until I get more into the battle mechanics!

    Spamming and sometimes repeating similar attacks with no flow or window to attack randomly, with the most viable strategy being spamming a broken command or a counter and, in the case of the Final Episode, having the second phase be EASIER than the first is NOT good.

    Meh, BBS's combat system was broken at the ground floor., no reason why every fight in the game wouldn't be. Only character that played well imo was ironically terra, the character that was furthest away from traditional KH gameplay

    You know, at the point, I wish Sony would just go ahead and announce the Sly Cooper movie dead, so that way they can focus on doing another Sly Cooper game already. Thieves in Time left so many questions at the end, and I'd rather they focus on that instead of trying to work on a movie that hasn't been brought up for months now and looks to be dead at this point.

    I wish they would just go ahead with the movie, and have two separate teams work on two separate games: the movie game, and the next main series game. Honestly, I would take anything now, and I don't want me, or anybody else to have to wait another 8 years for more Sly.

    Honestly, I don't want the movie because I think it might ruin the series and the chances of a Sly 5. I mean look at Ratchet and Clank, the movie didn't exactly help that series out with a low box office record. I don't know if R&C will have another new game at this point, or if they will try another second movie game experience. But I just don't want Sly ending up this way. I want more new Sly Cooper before I want something that could ruin the series.

    While they could learn from their mistakes, I agree with you. Sly Cooper was my childhood, and I don't want it ruined either.

    The series holds a special place in my heart as well, which is why I am very wary of how they haven't said anything about the series for awhile now and the movie was supposed to come out this year.

    Honestly, at one point I thought Sly 3 was the ending because there seriously was nothing after that game that said Sly 4. So when I finished Sly 4, I thought it wouldn't be long until news about the next game, but now I am starting to feel like they have left the series at the moment, because once again, no news on the series.

    The only thing we've heard from Sanzaru games was that there was no plans for a Sly 5 at the time, and that was back in 2014, I think.

    Which they couldn't have said something about it then, but now they have had time to plan and work on something, either the movie or Sly 5. I mean Sakurai once said there was no DLC planned for Smash Bros, but look how that went. So just because they say they have no plans doesn't mean that is true.

    Holy crap, the Pokemon SuMo anime looks... really, really bad. The teaser really didn't help to ease people after the disaster of the original poster/summary.

    The animation style is what seems to be off-putting to most, yeah. Ash looks really different this time around, which is really weird after almost 20 years. The plot summary makes it sound like a huge step back from the X/Y series, too.

    Don't know much about the plot only that Ash is going to school and wants to graduate... no idea how that will turn out.

    That's pretty much what we know, although it's not really a premise that's promising, especially after X/Y tried to make the series more exciting. The timing and everything is just really bad. :/ I'll watch the first few episodes as usual, but my hopes aren't high for this one.

    It may just be me but I think the Pikachu in the generations shorts is also based on the Sun and Moon one

    And oh okay. Haven't seen much of X/Y so I can't say much about it, but I thought they would make it more similar to the games, that Ash has to do the island challenges.

    He still might, but the school will be a hub area of sorts like he goes to a Island Challenge and then we get 20 or 40 eps of the school with team rocket being dumbasses such as trying to blow up the school and getting the show taken down for showing destruction of public education

    Yeah I looked at the preview for it and it looks sooooooo much worse than in previous seasons. Heck, this might be even worse the Pokemon Black/White anime (my least favorite season in the anime)
