I live in Cali too, where I am it was like firetrucking 102~103 yesterday, still pretty bad today too. x.x I've just been sitting in front of the fan all day and wearing light/less clothes. I get up for the occasional ice cream or ice cold water every now and then too.

I embrace the heat.

I can sit in front of fans, too, but enduring the heat strengthens the mind.

Love the heat, hug the heat, buddies! Don't be shy.

Rock on!

I have suffered through 120 degrees on a bike and I deserve a gallon of ice water....and later some sea salt ice cream (like seriously, I am currently eating sea salt ice cream LOL)

I had to suffer in a hot house for weeks till the new AC was installed. We used fans and opened the window early in the morning, and close all of them when the sun is out. I drink lots of ice water. We would've used the old AC, but it causes leaks in the ceiling and the ceiling started to cave in.

With the new AC now, we don't have to worry about the heat anymore.

I live in Florida, where heat and humidity work side by side. It was 97 degrees last week, and the humidity made it feel like 110 degrees. Thankfully I have a pool. But whenever I go horseback riding, I always bring ice water.

I didn't know that there was a costume for that! That's awesome!

But on topic, I don't. I can stand 80-90 degrees, but I'm not gonna stand weathers that's gonna cause me to burst into flames. I usually stay inside.

Cold shower always works for me. Including drinking ice cold water.

All of the above

Well, since I don't go to the beach or the pool every single time, I mostly beat the heat by drinking lots and lots of water! And even then, I usually drink lots of water all year round! I drink like about 6 or maybe 8 bottles a day! That and just wearing light clothes helps! :3

Oh, and cold showers! God, cold showers are the best! X_X

It's officially summer here in Cali. It was 108 yesterday! Seriously!

It got 100 yesterday here in Texas. XDX

And since I'm from that great state, I embrace it! :P With lots and lots of ice water. xD

Move to Australia, it's getting pretty cold here.

you poor thing

Anything over 30 degrees celsius (86F) is already too hot for me let alone over 40 degrees celsius (104F)

To beat the heat, camp out at shopping malls which have air conditioning

I've forgotten what heat feels like tbh (it was 24 celcius or something last weekend and that felt like a lot lmao), but usually I just wear less clothes, and take frequent showers. Also, keep windows open at all times. Doesn't really help, but at least the air circulates a bit.

And if it gets too bad, I'll go swimming.

108 is hot! at least it's not humid there right?

Florida's heat has been on and off but it's been raining here for a solid month and a half. maybe more lol

We just had Angry Summer 2: Burning Boogaloo (read: 40°C+ for weeks on end and a crapton of bushfires) recently and it's only going to get worse...only do so if you're prepared to watch your electricity bill skyrocket after leaving the air-con full blast all day.

And this is along the east coast (especially the south-east quadrant from Brisbane to about Adelaide), where the vast majority of us live and is usually more moderate than the inland desert.

>30°C

>too hot for Sydney

sit in front of a fan like a dog dont care if I get sick atleast than I dont have to work

Beat it? BEAT it? FEEL THE HEAT

I tend to embrace the heat, yeh. Don't get me wrong, I love swimming, eating ice cream, all that jazz, but I'll be damned if it isn't the best thing to just lie in the sun and fry.

Yesterday it was almost 30°C in the Netherlands and thats very much for the country I live.

Luckily it was not that hot at the office where I work.
