In your opinion, is it good that Square Enix is remastering past KH games?

 

It's okay..

If it means we finally get a KH game on a current gen console, then heck yes!

Yes. It not only introduces new fans to the series, allows players to play games they lost/never got etc in hd but also is starting to fix the "too many consoles" thing.

Im not a huge fan of it. Its good for new comers to the series that might not enjoy the older games that much without modern graphics are don't have the older consoles to play on them, but the time SE could spend on remastering these games could be spent on finishing whatever the 5000 things are that apparently stop KH3 from even entering the concept stage.

Most definitely! The more Kingdom Hearts games the better! ^^ Gives me more stuff to do while waiting for Kingdom Hearts III

Now you don't have to own a PSP, PS2, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS and so forth to play all the Kingdom Hearts game. You just need a PS3 and you can play practically all the Kingdom Hearts game and KH3 when it comes out.

Of course it is. We get to replay the games remastered in high definition. That alone is fantastic. Collecting trophies is also very fun. Plus Square Enix have made other changes and added a few things. We're also able to enjoy 358/2 Days and Re:coded in high definition rather than low definition. 

 

These collections are amazing, and are more exciting than what 358/2 Days and Re:coded were when they were released on the Nintendo DS.

Was torn between first and second options but yeah.

This is what I've been waiting for ever since the PS3 was freakin' released! I was like "Lord, please make KH be on PS3 in HD." It took like 6 years for that to happen, but now, I'm satisfied!

Of course! We get to relive our childhood memories, not to mention we can know play all the kh games on one system instead of wasting all our, (or our parents) money on a bunch of other game consoles.

Kind of, but they need to work on KHIII instead Enough foolin' around with remasters Square! >:I Playing the originals is funner anyways, It reminds you of the good times when you played them originally. I don't see how remasters are all that important.

Well, I'd prefer a new game but being able to see older games remastered is really great in my opinion. Especially if you are one of those countries who didn't get to play certain games. And introducing new players to the Kingdom Hearts World is really awesome, too!

Well my main reason to choose PS3 and not XBOX 360 in 2009 was Kingdom Hearts III. I was thinking that KH3 was going to come for PS3 but since it has never been announced, atleast there's something of Kingdom Hearts on PS3 coming so I'm definitely fine with it rather than getting nothing before KH3. 

It's whatever, I would of liked KHBBS volume 2 or something else though.

I love Kairi. Sora is my favorite character and to be honest my favorite video game character of all time. But I really do love Kairi! She is a very close second almost tied. I guess she is my favorite support character.

 

Now I am very excited about playing the games in  HD it is going to be epic!

I suppose it's better then nothing and it is a great way for new folks to more easily get into the series.

At least now the rest of the world gets a Final Mix!

Yes it is,it's good for people like me who didn't had a PS2 at the time.I never had a chance to play KH1 and Re chain of memories and the final mix games and if we're lucky with 2.5,I might be able to play Re coded for the first time,but It will probably be cutscenes just like 358/2 Days.

Yes, it's wonderful. 

It's definitely a plus that we're receiving past KH games for the PS3, which provides for hours of entertainment and content to chew on while we await Kingdom Hearts 3.  And even better, we are even going to receive the Final Mix version of KH1 which almost none of us could get.(Unless you imported it from Japan or something like that.)  Anyways, I think this is good for business, and it fulfills on Nomura's KH game a year policy.  Thumbs up.

COM would be a new game for me.  

I'll finally be able to play RE:COM and if the rumored KH 2.5 will be released, I'll get to play BBS, so yeah, I like it

Yes, it is! While we are waiting for FFVersusXIII KHIII, it's better than nothing.

 

Although I chose the second option.

Gotta agree with Weiss here. I love that newcomers will be able to play these games and shut up about the console-hopping.
