The grammatically correct way of saying it is maternal language. You should probably edit it into saying that.

Nope, had to learn it when I immigrated. English isn't a bad language (to know) but I don't see any reason to love it. It's a pretty complicated and sometimes odd language. I love my language because I love how cyrillic looks like on text (and I'm sure as hell glad I know it.)

Well i wasn't born in the states and so i learned the language of my home country (Which i can proudly speak and i've learned English and now i'm taking french in school
