Do you prefer to play as Sora or as someone else?

I really enjoyed playing as the character in BBS and I also really like playing as Sora, but I preferred Riku more in COM than DDD

I preferred playing as Roxas in KH2 , it felt nice

And in DDD I preferred Riku over Sora. Way gunner than crappy card battling

But I'll always be fine playing as Sora :\

Playing as the Organization 13 characters was fun. My favorite was lexaus

I love playing as Sora, and I'm totally fine with it, but having others playable adds more variety, so I like having other playables.

Yeah, I guess Sora's okay in my book.

I find every character enjoyable to play so i'm not sure if i can prefer one character over another. 

I personally am not as fond of Sora anymore, I connect more with Aqua and Riku's style of fighting, and their characters.  I love Sora, but I would not argue if they made all previous keyblade wielders playable in KH3

I really don't mind who I play as. I liked Sora since the first game, mostly after Kingdom Hearts II, and I still love to play as Sora today. But after Birth By Sleep & 358/2 Days, I really don't mind who I play as. As long it has something to do with the story of Kingdom Hearts. And the Character controls well. I'm Good! =)

I bet you'd love to play as Ven?

I like playing as Sora, but I also like playing as other characters. It get's boring with same character, Birth by Sleep was refreshing.

Would like to play as Sora plus a few more for the sequel.

I love what Nomura would make some of the characters playable and Sora was my preferable...

I dont care as long as it is a kingdom hearts game.

I do prefer to play as Sora since to me, it's his series and it feels natural, but I do like experiencing other fighting styles and my favourite style would have to be Aqua's, and a lot of her moves were cloned and made "dark" for Riku in DDD so I like his fighting style (but hate his Spirit Links)

I prefer playing as Sora, but I also love the experience of playing as other characters, it adds a certain variety that you can't really stuff into one character. Riku sometimes feels like a nice breath of fresh air since he moves much more quickly and hits much harder (also darkness is an interestingly rare gameplay mehanic that's fun to explore sometimes). BbS had the most variety for me and I got off on that so much. It was fun to customize each character to be the best they could be in their particular areas (ie Aqua=magic, Ven=speed, etc.). My only qualm about that game is that Aqua never got a water mode. I mean really!? Ven and Terra both got Cyclone and Rock Breaker respectively, and even wind and earth based attacks, but Aqua NEVER got a Wave Crasher (what I would have named it), water spells, or even the Aqua Splash ability!? Something is seriously wrong here! But I digress, it was still a fun game. I liked playing as Ven the best since he played more closely to Sora, only faster and much more flashy. Towards the end of the game I would already have three main setups for him: one wind-based setup, one light based setup, and one Sora based setup. The Sora one was mainly made out of the Limit Form abilites as well as Blitz and Sliding Dash. In the end, I love playing as Sora, but I also like having some variety and alternatives added in to even things out. Conversely, I love playing as other characters, but I also love having some Sora thrown into the mix there to make things more familiar and fun.

 

With Kingdom Hearts III, I'm hoping for the game to be 40% Sora, 30% Riku, and 30% everyone else (with Kairi taking the lead, I don't think I can stress that enough). And the future should just be devoted to making the series even more fun and awesome, whatever that would mean.

I like them all: Sora, Riku, Roxas, Ventus, Terra, Aqua, etc.

I have played Sora on my previous games perhaps playing a different character wouldn't be the same I would like to play as Xemnas (kh2) side and control the nobody's 

If they a good character who is interesting and has a Keyblade then I'll play as them

I like playing as Sora the most. 

I prefer to play as Riku or Ventus over Sora in any KH game.
