yep that's pretty much how it went for me

Once you know what to do properly it becomes easy.

i'll be honest with ya back then i had no idea who sephiroth was back when i first fought him since i had never played through any FF game the only FF character i actually knew going into KH was Tidus cause i recognized him from the ff10 box haha but ya first fight with sephiroth full health bar i take one step gone i stare for a few seconds and then  what just happened 

"W-Who the heck is that guy!?"

A few seconds in and then Epic Fail

"Why is he so hard to beat? This is a kids game! Kids should be able to beat this bastard :V!" My reaction lol.

I didn't even know Sephiroth for I never played FF7 at the time...

THIS IS THE SONG OF RAPE AND RAGING, NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I FOUGHT A BOSS THAT KEPT KILLING ME OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

 me playing KH1 back in 2003 ,(at 7)- "who is this guy I am too great at video games  to lose to him"

a second later

"I hate KH I am never playing this game again"

fast forward to 2006

Me playing KH2 back in 2006 (at 11)- "This guy made me rage quit KH1 I am not fighting him"

fights him anyways and keeps losing over and over again.

(I think I am done with KH2 for a while)

Fast forward to 2013 when 1.5 comes out

Me playing 1.5 when I decide to fight Sephiroth ( now at 18)- "I have looked up how to defeat this guy for 7 years and I am level 91 with the Diamond Dust, he can't stop me"

I keep spamming Strike raid and dodge roll and finally beat him with sonic blade .fighting him and Xemnas were the best fights in the series for me.

First time ever playing KH ever I decided to accept the KH2 battle with Sephiroth. With no knowledge of FF whatsoever. Bad idea.

 

Initial Reaction: Psh this guy looks like an old woman with wings sprouting forth from is butt. Easy win.

2nd Reaction:.......I am so toast.

 

*Sephiroth uses 2 moves*

 

*Sora dies*

 

Final Reaction:.......I don't want to play anymore ;____;

I didn't know who he was as I didn't play FF, but from the music I knew

I haven't beaten him in 1.5 yet but I will soon. never beat him in my original KH. He's easier in KH2 I think. I beat him at around level 60-65. Took me 2 hours but I finally figured it out.
