  1. 1. Do you consider the games included in HD 2.5 ReMIX to be easier to finish than the ones contained in HD 1.5 ReMIX?

    • Yes, I do! I think it'll be a lot easier to finish them than it was for HD 1.5 ReMIX.

    • Not really... They're equally hard to me.

    • Nope. The ones in HD 1.5 ReMIX surely were easier to me.

Depends on if I'm good at them.

1.5 was easier for me personally.

Yes, because I love them even more than I.5's games so I'm more motivated to play through and beat them

They are pretty much all the of the same difficulty for me,but I guess 2.5 will be easier to finish since KH2 and BBS are not tedious to playthough like ReCOM.

Yeah, here is why, Kingdom Hearts 1, is more difficult than KHII. KHI has more collectibles and puppies that are hard to find, the gummi-ships are a lot harder too. In KHII the trophies may be stack-able this time, so even though they have more difficulties than the first one, it should take you no more than 2 playthroughs to get everything. (one to play everything normally and one for the speedrun, no equipment etc...). IMO Chain of memories was one of the worst games in terms of gameplay compared to one of the best; Birth By Sleep. there is no real comparison for the two "movies" they are both 3 hours, and yes days wasn't that great, but there was no reason not to watch it.

Well all you need to finish KH2 was triangle

Hey, that was fun you gotta admit!

KHII and BBS are two of the easiest games I've ever played, so... Yeah.

KHI motivates me to play more, though. I like it more than the others.

Well do you mean gameplay wise as in completing the game from start to finish without doing all the extra stuff that's in the game or doing all the extra stuff in it as well or do you mean trophy wise because first off we don't have the trophy list for 2.5 but if it's anything similar to how 1.5's trophy list was then it will probably be harder.  Gameplay wise with just completing the story I would say they aren't really that hard depending on what difficulty setting you have it as but I would have to say it would probably be Re:CoM because of the battle system really that's all.  Gameplay wise with getting everything in the game again I will have to say Re:CoM because you have to get every single enemy card to complete the Journal in Sora's story and it's very hard and time consuming.  BbS would have to be a very close second because you have to beat Mysterious Figure who is freaking hard to beat (for me anyway) with all three of them (hopefully you won't have to) and Terra is the worst.  So I would have to say 1.5 is just a little bit harder than 2.5 but I might change my mind after I see the trophy list for 2.5

Start to Finish on a normal playthrough? Perhaps around the same in terms of difficulty. 100%/getting all trophies? lolno 2.5 will be harder.

By easier you mean less linear and annoying to play? Then yes.

pfft, kh2 and bbs were both a piece of cake with the occasional difficult boss

I have never beaten KHII without cheating and BBS kicked my ass incredibly hard. (Coded gave me a beating, too.) In my defense, the last time I'd played KHII all the way was when I was 12, so I wasn't quite as patient with gaming, or in general, as I am now. And I'm not a very patient guy, unfortunately.

I haven't played Birth by Sleep so I can't really determine yet.

Peace!

I would have to say 1.5 is easier since I have yet to beat ReCOM since the gameplay annoys me...

Fool. KH2 and BBS are super linear.

Not as linear as playing through a very dated RPG, then playing what is essentially the same game again only now with a craptastic card system, followed by a 3 HOUR long compilation on cutscenes in which the 3 protagonists do the same crap for more than half the game.

Fool. KH1 was less linear than KH2 and BBS. Chain of memories was more of a puzzle game. So linearity is to be expected. And the cutscenes isn't really considered a game. But it's also the same as Re:Coded, so they balance out.

Kingdom Hearts 1 and CoM were total grinds. I love the games, don't get me wrong, but Kingdom Hearts needed you to invest a fair amount of time on harder difficulties. Chain of Memories generally just took a lot of time to play, playing through the rooms got a bit tedious, especially in Riku's story.

While longer and in KH2's case easier in difficulty, both KH2 and BBS are generally much more fun to play.

And I agree with the above that KH2 and BBS are far more linear than KH1 and CoM. It was actually possible to get lost in the latter games.

well, since in my opinion BBS has the harder secret bosses and in KH2FM there was terra's armor i agree on the 2.5 being more difficult

as for easy or not, I don't exactly care?

You would usually perform well if you're playing a game you love, even if it's hard, I mean as long the story, art, characters, gameplay and music motivates you moving forward, I don't care much about difficulty.

The game I'm having a hard time is ReCOM, it's not because of the gameplay, because that's the only good thing this game has, the story  (it's basically trying manipulating the protagonists the whole time and that get on my nerves) and the repetitive bosses (in most is not even consecutively, it was separately)    is my main issue of this game, I'm having a hard time because of it's glaring flaws - I may not even finish it because of it.

The only thing that makes me complain about difficulty, it's depending on how is structured.

Difficult Bosses and enemies, fine by me and always enjoyable intensity.

But if difficulty interferes with your progress in the game when you can save, buy and equip, that's a different story.

Considering KHIIFM holds your hand throughout the whole game and KHBBSFM is easy as shit.

Yes.

Definitely, yes. KH2 and BBS are by far my favourite games in the series, so it'll be a much more enjoyable experience imo.

Well, I haven't played BbS, so I can't say for sure. However 1.5 had Re:CoM, which I was absolutely terrible at (and I though the normal encounters felt way too slow). So while 2.5 might take me longer to complete (CoM being rather short), I think it'd certainly be much easier for me to want to complete it.
