Shield. Magic and might are the only weapons I need. The best defense is a good offense.

Little mistake at the word SHIELD

Like i said i never uses magic so good bye staff.

I don't use magic at all except for cure... so Sword and shield! 

Staff. I usually dont use magic unless for healing so more magic is kind of pointless for me

The shield. I'm a freaking Mage Samurai!

I prefer to take the Sword and give up the Shield.  It makes the game MUCH easier for me!!

Staff. I can survive with less magic power. All I need is Shield for more defense and I'm all good, ready to fight. 

I give up the staff just because I don't use magic that much only to heal and when there are a lot of the Red Nocturns then I use Blizzard but I guess I also use Aero a lot as well but still gonna give up the staff

Staff, because magic is practically useless in every game aside from KHI, CoM, and BBS, unless it's for healing. Even then, it's not all that important to have a magic boost.

Normally I would give up the Shield to leave the possibility of magic out in the open, but lately the prospect of having to give up kindness has started to sound conflicting to me. 

My main weapon is magic. But since the poll made me choose the sword, I rather have regular magic than defense. So I would give up the shield

Shield. My defense stat means less to me than the other stats. Plus guard exists. 

Why is everyone giving up the magic?!

 

Anyway I would give up the shield.

The Shield, because who needs defense if you are fast...or pretty strong

Sword, all I need for courage is my friends support and my determination. I don't need to cause massive destruction, my iron will is enough to overcome any trial ahead.

Always a sword. Magic need mp and mp needs ethers and ethers need money and I am stingy. And I could never care much about defense. Dodge ftw >

Shield

I always chose the shield and gave up the sword, yet I still kicked major ass even in proud mode!! Soooo, HAHAHAHAHAHA!!

Magic is pointless, in fact you can just go back to Traverse Town IMMEDIATELY get the Keychain you get from Merlin's Place, but that's only in KH1.

 

Anyway always Staff, always, Staff is love , Staff is life
