What are the chances for a release date this friday?

    Exiblade7 replied

Not sure, it's possible it could happen. It IS a kingdom hearts 3 event after all

    Exiblade7 replied

the people chosen are definitely hiding something from us

    Exiblade7 replied

    the question is what

    Felixx replied

I doubt it. They would do better to reveal the release date in a public event like E3 to keep the hype going.

    Exiblade7 replied

true but that wasn't the case with Final Fantasy 15. SE announced the release date for that game (the release date before it was delayed) at a separate event if I remember correctly. It's possible it could happen at this event too. Not saying it's going to happen. Just a possibility

    Exiblade7 replied

    I have my doubts too

    Felixx replied

Yeah I remember that. Was the FFXV event also invite-only? Cause from what we've heard so far it doesn't seem that we will get all too many news revealed from the KH3 one, seems to be rather secretive and exclusive.

    Exiblade7 replied

Not sure. I wasn't interested in FF15 at the time, so I have no clue.

    Exiblade7 replied

and if that's the case, then it makes me wonder why TheGamersJoint said "big things happening" in his most recent video title

    Connected replied

the FF15 Uncovered event wasn't invite-only. Still from all the Guests and demo's I still think its possible.

    KeybladeMasterBalo replied

If it happens for whatever reason I'm pretty sure they will have to keep it to themselves or else...

    Zimomo replied

I'd say none. They would never reveal the release date in such an event. Even more with E3 next month. This event is completely different from the FFXV one, which was basically a big conference FFXV-related. I'd say that we should not even expect footage of any kind, because I don't think that recording will be allowed. We'll just get the opinions of those who'll play it.

    Exiblade7 replied

but HMK did say something about footage didn't he in his most recent video?

    Connected replied

He said he would show footage indeed.

@zimomo lets not forget that they revealed the release window before E3

    Zimomo replied

Yes they did, but it was D23. You can't really compare the two events. And if footage is shown, well, cool. I would have been fine without it, but I'm surely not complaining!

    Exiblade7 replied

    This is quite interesting...

    KeybladeMasterBalo replied

I have a feeling we'll get footage from SE themselves in a form of a trailer showing footage both old and new but focusing more on the interviews/opinions of the chosen ones.

    Zimomo replied

My guess is that this event's demo will then be playable at E3

Akiba’s beat is a long game. This may be because I had my ps4 in sleep mode, but it seems I’ve been playing this game for over 100 hours.

Gahhh, I want that embargo to lift already! I CAN SMELL ALL THE JUICY KHIII INFO DOWNPOURING ON US! :D

    Merilly replied

Haha, I can relate to that excitement. It really feels like we are drawing close to the finish line now in comparison to 5 years ago. D23 Japan in February, the Dandelion meeting last month, the premiere this week and E3 next month. That's a whole lot of information overall.

    KingdomHearts3 replied

I’m not saving you if you go into cardiac arrest before we even get to Friday.

    The Transcendent Key replied

@Merilly. OMG, I KNOW!!! OVER THE COURSE OF THIS WEEKEND, I CHECKED IN FOR A MOMENT WHILE I WAS AT COMIC CON, AND I READ ALL THE NEWS! GAHHH, SO HYPED!

    @KingdomHearts3. Lol, don't worry, I'm still here!

I'm super excited for the KH3 Event this friday, but I'm also terrified that I will accidentaly spoil myself :'D Maybe SE won't make them play important plot-relevant sections of the game? I have no idea how this kind of things work :/

    Merilly replied

I hope so too but looking at previous demos, there was never anything we didn't know already to some agree. Since they're the farthest with the beginning worlds, I assume that's where the demo will be placed and it won't spoil too much. And I think the news team is sensible enough to mark spoilers as such as well should there really be something groundbreaking.

    Shuy replied

Lerine do it like me, hire Merilly as your secretary and let her tell you all the important bits after the event.

    Merilly replied

Don't you think my work for you will suffer if I work for someone else as well? xD

    Shuy replied

Oh that's true. Ok DONT do that lerine!

    Lerine replied

Ahahahahah oh my! Anyway, thanks for the reassurance :)

I don't know what it is but I kept getting a virus from this site.

    The Transcendent Key replied

A virus? That's odd. This site isn't one for viruses. Maybe it's because of some pop up ads or something! :O

    ienzo628 replied

Probably I might get get adblocker.

    The Transcendent Key replied

I wish you luck with that, friend!

    ienzo628 replied

Hopefully, the virus that I had was a pornographic one. So, that's something. I also contacted a mod about this. I thought I was saved from it when I switched to Chrome but nope.

    The Transcendent Key replied

Well, I just hope that this isn't something that ends up affecting your laptop badly! I hope you can find a solution soon!

    ienzo628 replied

Thanks. I really could use a new desktop. I also am probably going to write another chapter for my fanfic tomorrow.

    The Transcendent Key replied

Well, you should keep your eyes open for any discounts on new desktops, or try seeing if you can find a bargain deal online! I wish you luck!

    ienzo628 replied

Thanks. I hope I strike it lucky before my birthday.

    The Transcendent Key replied

    And perhaps you will! :)
