    You must be talking about Black Gate. it's best to get that on consoles though since it's much cheaper than it was on 3DS/Vita.

    It really just depends on what team you're facing, since no team is perfectly flawless... Then again, not like there's much variety when everyone uses Rotom Wash or Toxic Orb Gliscor.

    Have you ever tried Pokemon Showdown? The site holds online battles and has a team builder that helps you understand what your Pokemon's best stats and uses are.

    Just for an example, I run a Tanky Troll Umbreon. His defenses are already extremely high. Mixing that with EVs and Curse, will make him the best wall on your team. Moonlight heals him if necessary, Toxic to stall out.

    You want him to have a 0 IV in Spe, as that helps with the Curse Spe debuff. Payback for his final move, as he's going to be slower than the opponent. Curse's Atk boost adds to the power of Payback, as well as it being doubled due to it being used after the opponent moves.
