    of course it is, but I am sad because in schools I would love to write a book for class but I don't even think they would allow it xD nor they don't do that at highschool

    They're unobtainable in that you can only get them through transferring old saves from Black/White (2). Of course, it'd be nice if we even had the ability to do that if Nintendo would stop dropping the ball with Pokemon Bank. :^]

    "Freeze-Dry" is basically a less powerful "Ice Beam" clone with the added effect that it is super effective against Water.
