What do you think about the posibility of the KH 1.5 HD ReMIX being only for Japan?

Eventually, Square will release it over seas if they want the $$$$

I don't really care if it is or not

my eyes kinda suck so I might not even notice the difference too much. Plus I've played/already could play the games so it doesn't worry me.

The way things are looking, Japan only I meant he game will realese in about 3-5 months?? And Europe and NA didn't get any sort of confirmation for all the other games we were at least ANNOUNCED 5 months before Japan's release...

I don't think it will be exclusive bc it was hinted at in the secret message in the other regions games too..Plus Nomura was trying to bring new fans into the fold by bringing KH to a current generation home console while preparing eventually for KH3..It would be stupid to not do the same internationally IMHO

Eh. I'm mildly excited for it but I don't really care all that much. I don't have a PS3 and already played the games...plus HD doesn't really make a difference to me. I'd rather have KH3

 

It'd be cool to have it here in NA but I probably wouldn't get it....unless it came with a t-shirt and Keyblade

Highly doubt it will be released in the Americas. I don't think Final Mix could come here. But hopefully it is.

I believe that KH 1.5 is Japan-exclussive, but I do hope there is an overseas announcement.

 

It wouldn't be fair. If it happens to be Japan-only, Square Enix will be dealing with an angry fangirl and her fork >83

I don't they will only have it in Japan. We just have to wait plus most release of KH for the US is delayed by several months after Japanese Market release. Cross your fingers cause I want it!!

I really think its too early to say, I mean does Japan even have a formal release date yet besides "coming in 2013?" I'm sure we'll get overseas news about this soon enough. It would be odd not to release it overseas, despite the fact that it will be KH final mix not just KH.

If we get shived again....just like we got shived for the Final Mixes...I just might be so tempted to start a career in bootlegging the games to the fanbase over here myself...

It would be corporate suicide for Square not to localize 1.5.

Besides 2 other KH game remakes have made it stateside, one of which had already had it's original version released here.

And I think KHFM is now old enough to have an international release without Japanese fans whining about it.

I'd say the chances of an NA/PAL release are fairly good, at least about 85%.

I'd be pissed if Japan got ANOTHER final mix version!!!! They already have two final mix versions of KHII. They need to stop being greedy and let the rest of the world have a whack at a final mix game!!!!! D:<

Well, considering that KH is a popular franchise, and KH3 is gonna be the next big game, I don't think SE would be that stupid, and keep the HD collection in Japan. I mean, they've scattered all the KH games up to now on different game systems, and they realize it's time to let the newcomers of the series get the chance to play the games without buying every system, AND in beautiful HD! After the HD collection's been released, alot of fans are hyped, they bring out the big one... KH3. They're obviously trying to make KH as popular as it can be, make the fans hyped up for KH3, and buy themselves time until Versus 13 is done.

Honestly, I really hope to be able to get 1.5, because as of right now, I'm trying to save up money so I can get a PS3. And if Square Enix doesn't release it overseas, I'm gonna be absolutely ticked off, and start ranting like Hayner about how ticked off I am. And besides, it's in HD! Who doesn't want to play their favorite game in HD?

I've read in a few gaming articles that it's been announced only for Japan and no US release has been spoken of yet, but that's not to say it won't make it abroad. Here's hoping for a global release. I'd love to see the changes they made to the games.

I don't have a PS3 so I couldn't play it anyway, but I don't think it will be released in NA. It absolutely seems like a Japan-only kind of thing, especially since it's KH1FM and Nomura said the final mixes won't leave Japan.

they make more money of the game in NA than in JP if they wanna milk it out they'll release it over sees

I don't know...I hope it will be released outside Japan.

I am fairly positive that the game will leave Japan. They just need to announce a Western release before the game actually gets released in Japan. Or I think so any ways.

I refuse to be pessimistic on this matter. I mean that game contains two titles that never saw a European release and even I am confident it'll come out here.

If an English version isn't released, I'll just import it from Japan.

If they only sell it in Japan, I will import it... hopefully it wn't have Region-Lock like they did for Persona 4: Arena ...
