I was looking at some of the Dream drop distance keyblades, and realized that most of them look pretty horrible, especially the one that you get from La Cité des Cloches.

Symphony of sorcery keyblade looks pretty bad as well.

 

I was wondering that will kh3 have the same problem, 'cause I refuse to fight with a stick with a wizards hat on the top. I guess I'll just have to go with Kingdom key. What do you think? Should they try to make the keyblades slightly better looking?

The ones in Days were pretty great, and KH2 had some good looking ones too.

lol no the problem is just the keyblades are based on the world you get them! I always found the keyblades preety cool! If you want an original looking keyblade in DDD you should get rank A at all dives or defeat Julius.

 

For KH3 well i think the keyblades will more original looking like KH1 and KH2. You know like oathkeeper, oblivion e.t.c.

I actually liked the Keyblades in KH 3D  :mellow: , But as Sora96 said EVERYTHING will look better in KH3. 

Just a question: is confirmed that KH3 will be make with Lominous studio engine? 

Visually it'll look sharper, smoother and more 3 dimensional.  In terms of better though the designs can still be crap.  

Well obviously it will be better....Kingdom Hearts 3 is on next gen consoles....but I guess that doesn't mean anything to you.

I'm only liked the tron one. he others seemed to childish, even Lea's keyblade didn't look as good as the one you get in KH2 after his death

I think that the KH3D Keyblades were pretty awesome, especially Young Xehanort's Keyblade :].

I liked all the KH3D keyblades. There is nothing wrong with them.

Square is putting everything they have into versus and kh 3, more or less there name is on the line, they are known for having creativity up the wazoo, they have set it up so that kh 3 is going to be brilliant kayblades and story included

Well that depends. If they use the art style they used for the beta trailer for KH3 and not the graphics from previous games, then HELL NO. They'll probably look worse  ._.

The culture of anime is that the more close you get to a big finally, the more effort is put into the actual art of the show, game or manga, this is shown in multiple feilds if you look closely, keyblades are considered to be the souls of the series, there designs change with each world, in a manner of speaking they are the souls of each world, the keyblades will be beautiful because nomura not only wants us to be interested, but because its what costom dictates

My only complaint with the KH 3D keyblades was the lack of different exclusive keyblades for Sora and Riku. There was only one exception with the Prankster's paradise keyblades, but that was it. Why didn't they have Sora only have "All for One", and then make a keyblade named "One for All" for Riku? I thought that was really dumb that they didn't do that.
