Was 2014 a good year for your gamer side?

No. Lost alot of interest in gaming and almost stopped caring. Didn't buy many games.

also Smash which I have yet to play

my gamer side is my ONLY side

Just Pokemon ORAS and KH 2.5. But we got some nice news with FF and KH, so it balances out.

As a Nintendo fan with both a Wii U and a 3DS yes this year was pretty good for me in terms of gaming,lots of good games came this year on those two like:

Overall at least this year is much better than 2013 for me

Not really. I only bought a few games this year. 

Well we had two Persona games come out the second ReMix for Kingdom Hearts and Smash Bros. as well as a lot of other Nintendo games for the Wii U like Bayonette and DK we also got some Telltale games the rest of Walking Dead Season 2 and The Wolf Among Us a lot of good handheld games as well we also got a lot of good announcements but most of those announcements where for games coming out next year.  I would say this year gaming wise it was ok not the best and I haven't even gotten that many games this year, but next year looks to be a whole lot better.

I like to think this was one of my better gaming years. It was nice and balanced; some old games, some new games... I probably built up my backlog a bit too much, but it's been good.

It depends, titles that came out this year only or titles I picked up that came out of the last few years?

 

If we include ones that came out the past few years than this year was pretty amazing, otherwise not so much.

In terms of new releases, this year was kind of crappy in that regard.

The only games I was literally only interested in this year was smash brothers for wii u/3ds. Next year will be so much better.

The Sims 4, which was better than I expected.

Worst game year ever.

There were just a few good titles: Shadow of Mordor, Far Cry 4, Pokemon ORAS, Smash Bros 3DS, Wolfenstein: The New Order and of course Kingdom Hearts.

The other games are crappy, especially Assassins Creed Unity, Watch Dogs and Driveclub. Games like The Evil Within or Infamous could've been better. Don't own a Wii U, but it's on my wish list.

Yep, I got a lot of games this year, so it was a good year for my gamer side!  Earlier this year I got the Uncharted Trilogy, Call Of Duty: Black Ops II and Tales Of Symphonia Chronicles, all for 80 bucks at Gamestop, so it was a pretty sweet deal!  I also got Arkham Asylum and City, both Game Of The Year versions, for 20 bucks each at Sam's Club!  And during Christmastime, I got Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix and Chrono Trigger, so yeah, overall, it's been a good year for me in terms of my gaming side!

It was okay.  I didn't play games much this year anyway.  It's called school.

Kingdom Hearts II.5 came out in 2014. I need not say more.

Yeah. Great games this year from Nintendo.

Tons of games caught my attention, but not many were bought by me.
