oh the switch 2 certainly. that reveal is at least due before the end of april

if yozora and cloud were both in quadratum

would be nice getting some additional story. Cloud being a merc in quadratum doing odd jobs or something

I am not sure if we will ever see Final Fanatsy characters like Tidus, Wakka, Selphie, Yuna, Riku, Paine, Seifer, Raijin, Fujin, Vivi, Zack, Setzer, Cloud, Tifa or Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts again. I do not know if there is any information about the development of the KH3 DLC but I would probably say they only included Squall, Cid, Yuffie and Aerith in the DLC for the sake of being there.

I would have loved to see Noctis or Lightning.

fans did complain about the lack of FF characters in KH3 hence why they were included in the DLC. so I think there'll be someone in 4 somewhere

TGA is pretty much the last hope for news for this game this year correct and I wouldn't get your hopes of it. There are already rumors of FF9 Remake there instead (just rumors obviously but still). At this point I fully expect we won't get news again until sometime next year. As for when... idfk

KH4 trailer annoucement at the game awards where they will show Star Wars and Darth Vader's Nomura design
