    Pretty much dodge/glide to him, hit his head, and when he started his angel moves do those attacks that make you invincible while using it (Pretty sure I used raganork)

    Also Aero helps if you have MP rage and MP haste.

    Apparently throwing yourelf to the floor with no apparent reason gives you a chance to stop the game. Apparently this doesn't apply to FCP.
