Agreed! Even though I'm a lot younger than most long time fans, I've always had special connection to it too. I knew about the game since I was about 6, but I never really got to watch all the games on YouTube until I was eleven and never got to play them until I was 15. You can say I got into the series pretty late. But, I always adored Sora as a character and always wanted to strive to be somebody similar to him. Even though he's fictional, he's always been someone that I've always looked up to.

It seems like everyone who really loves this series has a connection to it. That's funny, a lot like Sora himself haha

Heh. True. Kingdom Hearts also has a lot of charm too like it's main character. It's always going to hold special place in my heart.

The only reason the community is so excited is because of the suspense. Nobody knows when it's gonna drop so it gets people talking. A smart promotion move on Square's part tbh.

Fullmetal that was no leak of a final boss, you can consider it a mid boss and as we saw the flying plate heartless on a trailer I'm assuming that ain't the final boss for Toy Box either...

I am grateful that there's only a four-Day period in between the release days, but it had less to do with people posting spoilers everywhere and more with how my dumb self didn't have the self-control to wait until it released. Sadly, my reaction to 0.2 wasn't as emotional. At this point, It's not other people on the internet who I don't trust, it's myself. I'll try to be patient this time around.

Something akin to the festival world in BBS( i can't recall it's name) but basically a world that you can explore and play mini games in without encountering enemies

I hope so too! I think KH3 already received a lot of recognition this year, despite probably never really losing some sort of prejudice from the people. I introduced my friend to the franchise about 2 years ago, and she admitted she also did not think she would come to love it so much. Even newcomers have a chance of enjoying it, tdespite recommending playing the other games first. I really hope it will live up to its expectations.

And I do think it has the chance to. I also think it will at least be among the better ranked games, depending on whether it will manage to be what fans waited for. Expectations are not always a good thing, even though I love the hype surrounding the game.

And it also brings together a lot of the other games' mechanics, a part of the worlds and will still add new things. Of course it's not as simple as in Smash, but the comparison to it is fairly accurate.
