At this point it's probably save to say that Ventus will also fall to darkness somehow
KeybladeMasterBalo repliedI don't think he will but I have an idea that maybe without his heart and with Aqua norted as well, maybe Xehanort filled Ventus's body (once found) with darkness bringing the entity of Vanitas back, so unless he gets his heart back he won't be able to fight back D:
ienzo628 repliedI am not even completely sure if Aqua is norted. I mean, she's definitely influenced by darkness though. I also don't understand how the Organization got a hold of Ventus's body since they would need Aqua to unlock the chamber that holds Ventus's body. I don't know why Aqua would willingly help them. Also, why are they so eager in getting Ventus's heart and Roxas back? Don't they have twelve vessels already? Is Xehanort trying to make several potential vessel...
KeybladeMasterBalo repliedIf it was just the yellow eyes I would get the "it's just darkness" idea, but the silver hair is also there so it's kinda clear IMO. Right now only Square know.

But he did said apparently he needed darkness to substain him, Aqua has been collecting herself Darkness, after all, she is in The Realm of Darkness so it's hard for her not to. So even if she didn't want it she might have fell pray of a trap or blackmailed

I'm confused...Is the Kairi/Axel/Lea scene CG or Real-time?
ITzDarthLordRevan repliedI believe it's actually real-time. It may look CG because of the lighting. It's really impressive if it is actually real-time.
Merilly repliedI also think it's real-time, mainly because they've always used CG sparsely. However, it may be the case that there will also be a difference in quality between certain scenes, like how in previous games there were sometimes flat faces with little movement. Or the lighting as well.
The CG from 0.2 also looked a little different, smoother and clearer overall,especially the eyes and clothes.

PrinceNoctis repliedPerhaps that’s just how characters will look in whatever world they’re in. As we’ve seen with “The Caribbean”, the graphical quality/style of the game can change drastically depending on the world.
Merilly repliedCould also be. We don't know the full extent of the shader or how much progress needs to be made in other worlds. For example, Frozen, ahike not looking terrible, looks a bit unpolished in comparison to Tangled or even POTC for example. I stilk think the quality can also differ since some cutscenes looked better and others not as detailed. Overall though, I'm pretty pleased with the progress. The models look much better.
Merilly repliedThey're still fluctuating a bit and some can't compare to that Sora gameplay model still (and Xemnas' face is still a bit too broad and the eyes too small) but I feel like it's visually a lot more pleasing and consistent than a few months ago and even with smaller things, it's at a point where it's nitpicking. Nothing too drastic anymore.
