So apparently there is a chance that the new leaked fighters might get released tomorrow with Lucas. It makes sense, the update was sent out already. Everything was already there. I really can't wait! I'm happy that one specific leaked character isn't a clone like jesus like we needed more clones of that character.
Shulk repliedI'm really beginning to think they will be released tomorrow. There was a lot of data in that update, so it seems like they're pretty much done. I'm curious about how the new stages will be distributed, though. One will obviously be included with its character, but the other isn't getting a DLC rep yet.

I mean, all signs point to it. The characters are completely done. And there was no reason why an early update (that also includes Lucas) was sent out with the leaked characters wont be sent out again tomorrow, officially.
There are some that got leaked too, so far I think 3? I am not sure.
Shulk repliedI don't know if there would be a way to confirm a specific release date (Unless that's in the code too for some reason, I don't really know much about how coding works), but I do think that it's very likely they'll be released tomorrow. There's a lot of evidence pointing towards that possibility.
I've seen two so far. The returning stage I saw is a bit strange, since there's no one from its series being added as DLC yet...

Okay now I'm debating whether or not I should try to get an eShop card soon in case the new DLC characters really are released some time next week. ._. Already have money saved for Lucas, but dang that newcomer who got leaked looks awesome.

I feel so bad for Sakurai right now. All he wanted to do was tell us the Smash Bros news himself, but somebody messed up and put the new update in Japan early before taking it down, leading people to find out the news before the direct. If I was in Sakurai's position, I would do everything in my power to get back at those who messed this up, as it even happened for the official roster of Smash 4!
