But, this will create a new goal. Sora will become a Keyblade Master after the events of Dream Drop Distance, and through time and time again he has proven himself worthy to wield the keyblade. In Kingdom Hearts III, I think it would be best if Sora finally got his own Keyblade, that was meant for him. Will it be a keyblade we've already seen? Or will it be something we havent seen before?

No. The keyblade chose Sora. So no. 

Ven was never the reason Sora could wield . Confirmed by Nomura himself . Sora inherited nothing .It was just his destiny . He'll only lose his ability to dual wield with Ven's keyblade when Ven's heart returns . The Kingdom Key IS Sora's keyblade now. It officially chose him in the end of KH1.

He wasn't intended to get the keyblade by inheriting it, but the keyblade in its true form (Kingdom Key) itself chose him.

My questioning behind this is, I thought you could only wield a Keyblade by the going through the Inheritance Ceremony? I think he will lose his Keyblade by the end of Kingdom Hearts III, that way, they can start the process of him levelling up all over again like they did with Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance.

Nomura has already addressed this like i mentioned before . He said Sora was the exception to the rule on the ceremony so it's not an issue. Nomura also said he inherited nothing .Here ya go:

Yeah. One of the concepts of the series is that the hero Sora isn’t some special being, but a normal boy. Sure, his heart is connected to Ventus and the others, but other than that, he’s a normal kid that could have come from anywhere, that hasn’t inherited anything from anyone. I want to make Sora a character that will give the player the feeling that “even if I’m not some special being, I have the possibility buried inside of connecting with many others to accomplish things”. In Birth by Sleep, I wish for all the fans to hope to see that Sora reappears. The secret cutscene is what symbolizes this, and so please work your way there, and wait for Sora’s role in the future.

That’s essentially correct. In terms of the Bequeathing itself, the successee just has to make the successor grasp their Keyblade—if this rite is performed by a Keyblade Master, and if they have suitable power, the Keyblade could choose that person as a Keyblade user, and appear before them. Terra, Ventus; all have passed this rite. Sora is the only exception.

After "my friends are my power", the Keyblade decided that Sora's heart is strong enough to carry it. So no, he won't lose it.

The Keyblade chose him even without a Ceremony. Isn't that even more meaningful? He won't lose his Keyblade.I do hope he can keep dual wielding, in some way...

The ceremony itself doesn't decide who wields a keyblade.  The keyblade has to chose you.  The masters can pick out who has the potential, but the keyblade has the final choice.  Kairi never had a formal ceremony - she just touched Aqua's keyblade when she was scared.  Therefore its possible that someone who had gotten the ceremony can't wield a keyblade.

No, for the billionth time, that isn't a likely scenario. I'm honestly surprised by how many people keep thinking this will happen, it's way too expected and cliche, especially since it's happened TWO TIMES ALREADY! Something else may happen, but it won't be THAT.   

If that was to happen, it would end up being a Bleach 2.5

No Keyblade = fodderized by Heartless/Nobodies. So no.

Sora is not able to wield the keyblade because of Ventus.  He can wield an additional keyblade because of Ventus.  Sora was chosen by the Keyblade, like Mickey was chosen by the the Realm of Darkness' keyblade for whatever it is he did in RoD, Sora was chosen by the actual entity of the keyblade from the Realm of Light itself because of the strength of his heart and power of friendship blah blah.  All failing the ceremony means is that he hasn't earned the title of Master, and there's a few abilities as such he can't do, that Riku, Mickey, Aqua, MX, Yen Sid and Eraqus can do.  He won't lose it.

Umm what?The keyblade itself chose Sora and that's enough by itself to make him a wielder.At least it makes sense than Kairi's accidental touch with Aqua's keyblade

Why would Nomura takes the Keyblade away from Sora when he is:

 

1intends to continue further with the character

 

2BEING THE MAIN HERO OF THE ENTIRE FRANCHISE THAT CENTERS PRETTY MUCH AROUND HIM!

 

Heck at this point every other wielder in the series besides Xehanort has more of a chance to lose the keyblade than Sora

Ventus is the reason for having Sora welding two keyblades, but Kingdom Key chose Sora after Master Riku fell to darkness. Master Riku later on get his own keyblade "Way to Dawn" and that makes Kingdom Key Sora's original keyblade. 

Nomura might use some lazy plot points, but I doubt he'll recycle this one AGAIN.

Characters are referred to throughout the series as being "the keyblade's chosen," which almost make sit sound like there is one big keyblade consciousness that determines who can use it. Well thats mainly referring to the fact that even after having the ceremony you aren't guaranteed a keyblade. Each keyblade judges and personally chooses their owner . When Riku got his new keyblade it was bc he had learned to control his darkness so it didn't weaken his heart. Then the keyblade used Soul Eater as the base of his keyblade bc they are both literally tied to the wielders heart .

well first off, that's implying Sora hasn't gotten more powerful

second, Sora wouldn't need to worry about tough heartless without his keyblade, they'd no longer seek him out
