November 3, 201410 yr I'd certainly like to get a game out there, but I wouldn't want to make it a career. AAA games deal with business and industry bullcrap, and unless I'm a high-profile director, my vision would be lost in it all. Indie games would be the solution to that, but doing it for a day job wouldn't be much of a money-maker.
November 3, 201410 yr I'd like to if I didn't know about how terrible the working conditions are I'll probably still end up doing it, since that's what my education is geared towards, but bleagh
November 3, 201410 yr If I don't become an animator, I wouldn't say no to working with video games. But I wouldn't want to work for someone in that industry, that'd be my problem.
November 3, 201410 yr If you mean a job that's like what the guys at Rooster Teeth/Achievement Hunter have then yes I would love to have that kind of job (as a matter of fact work with those guys). If you mean a job in making video games no I would not like that
November 3, 201410 yr That's only what I've wanted to do my whole life. In fact, I'm planning out a game with a certain Nopon...
November 3, 201410 yr Concept artist? All I have to say is firetruck YEAH. In all seriousness though, I want to create games in order to help other people cope with their lives. KH had such an impact on me that I want to create the same thing for other people. I want to create beautiful worlds and characters that add that magic to life that other people forget. We grow up and life becomes a dull repetition of everyday things like going to work and sleep. People forget that magic. I want to create games to help people remember that magic and be happier in life.
November 3, 201410 yr I am actually considering Game Development as a course when I go to university.
November 3, 201410 yr Currently in computer science taking computer programming (python), but no idea if I'll be making games or otherwise.
November 3, 201410 yr I'm an indie dev in my free time ;-) and I'm planning to make munny with it in the future.
November 3, 201410 yr I never really thought about it because i am not confident enough to try. People even have told me i should try but I don't want because i want a "save income" in my future or at least a job where i can earn money to live. But I guess if i would have some talent for it nothing would hold me to try it but how things are now i rather search for something else but maybe i end up working indirectly with games (marketing or something like that).
November 3, 201410 yr I prefer playing them I don't have any qualifications to work in the video games industry .-.
November 3, 201410 yr Yes I want to. Planned to do Computer Science with game programming in University. I am very excited for this!
November 3, 201410 yr Not particularly. I'm always of the opinion that work and play should be separate. I feel like my enjoyment for video games would diminish if I worked on them; ignorance is bliss, etc. I wouldn't say no, of course, but I don't have any sort of technical skill, so it would likely be in the creative or administrative sides. I have some friends who are getting into the dev scene, so I can experience it vicariously through them =P.
November 3, 201410 yr Yes, why not? I just don't see any job that would really fit me in game developement.
November 3, 201410 yr Tried the coding aspect of it at college and it really wasn't something I could get to grips with. I'd love to work on games but I think I'd be best at maybe the design aspect from a visual point of view.
November 3, 201410 yr Video games are indeed awesome, but working with them simply isn't the career path for me. I mean, Calculus is my enemy Peace!
November 3, 201410 yr It will be really awesome  , but I already decided that I'd become a pilot
Would you like to work with video games?
