KHIII's final scene should be Sora and Kairi sharing a paopu while watching the sunset. Everything would come full circle and it would match the lyrics to "Chikai" perfectly. After all, sharing a paopu is kind of like taking an oath.
Matthew Dickendasher replied“Chikai” would make a great intro to KH3 . It would be like a opening to a James Bond showing aqua cover in darkness revealing to us she is a Xehanort! That would cinematic!

I'm calling it! The Jungle Book is going to be in kh3 and if i'm wrong i'll take it back.
Matthew Dickendasher repliedI really would love to see Pocahontas to be in Kh3 but if not than jungle Book would be my 2nd option. Either way the worlds will be beautiful anyway

So, someone translated Chikai.........holy cow! Those lyrics, if they are accurate, are really.....adult.
KingdomHearts3 repliedNow as I think about it, listening to it, I think KH3’s intro will be the longest we have ever seen.

Goodbye Toys R' Us...
I've missed my chance to see it one last time...KingdomHearts3 repliedYeah that’s a shame. It was where I got my toys as a child. What a shame things have changed so much they couldn’t keep up.

The Transcendent Key replied@Awesome Sauce. Yes, we are all close to finally reaching the final battle! The clash of the seven and thirteen is nigh!

@KingdomHearts3. Lol, yah, I can't wait for a midnight event, if there will be one!

@Keyblade101. YASSS!!!

This is to reply to our Coco world discussion, it said we've reached the end of how many replies we've had on the previous one, lol
I agree with your Heartless and Dream Eater choices! :DWhat did your nieces think of the movie?
Keyblade101 repliedOops, meant to have the question at the end on the next line but when I pressed the "enter" button it just posted it, lol
The Transcendent Key repliedMy nieces had already watched the movie multiple times, and they really love it, and they love the animation and the story!
Lol, and it's okay man, no worries!
Keyblade101 repliedYES! More Coco fans for the world!

Moving away from the Coco world in KH for a second, there's a fan theory going around that in the event Coco would get a sequel that Miguel's little sister (whose name is Socorro, she's named after Mama Coco (and her real name was Socorro and she was nicknamed Coco)) would be the main character. I would LOVE to see that!
What do you think? The Transcendent Key repliedIndeed so!
Oh yo, and that sounds like a pretty solid theory! Though, what would a sequel explore?
Keyblade101 repliedBut I'd love to see how Socorro would deal with the Land of the Dead compared to her brother: would she freak out at first like Miguel did, or would she be more accepting and understanding? I also can't help but imagine that if Socorro somehow did end up in the Land of the Dead like Miguel did that she be receiving a bear hug from Hector, like how Rosita did to Miguel! I can't help but imagine Hector as a HUGE hugger, especially after the hugs he gave Miguel and Mama Coco!
Keyblade101 repliedBack to the Coco world in KH!
Do you think there should be an Ernesto de la Cruz boss fight? I for one would LOVE to have an opportunity to beat that murderer up! HEHEHEHE >
Keyblade101 repliedOh, by the way, have you had a chance to watch the Coco deleted scenes I gave you the link to?
The Transcendent Key repliedWell, I think it would be a nice contrast compared to Miguel, and it would be ideal, because if Socorro reacted the exact same way Miguel did, the sequel would be too repetitive, ya know? But yeah, it'd be interesting to see how Hector would react, I imagine he'd give awesome hugs! And yeah, I'd love to get a chance to beat up Ernesto De La Douche!
The Transcendent Key repliedAnd sadly, no. I've been so busy as of late that I haven't had a chance, and as you can see, I've been on and off the site for the past few days. But I'll get to watching the deleted scenes soon!
Keyblade101 repliedYES! to all!
I also can't help but imagine that Hector might try to spoil Socorro a bit! He loves his family so much!
And yes, awesome hugs!
Where/when would the Ernesto de la Cruz boss fight take place? That's ok, I'm sure moving is REALLY busy. Just let me know what you think of the deleted scenes when you get a chance to watch them!
The Transcendent Key repliedHaha, yeah, that'd be heartwarming to see!
And I think that the boss fight would take place near the end of the world's story, when Hector is about to vanish! OMG, OR IMAGINE IF A COCO WORLD IN KH TAKES PLACE AFTER THE FILM, LIKE HOW SAN FRANSOKYO IS IN KHIII!
And alright, will do!
Keyblade101 repliedYeah I love Hector! He deserves more heartwarming scenes!
And the Ernesto fight taking place as Hector starts to vanish sounds about right, but WHOA! I never considered the Coco world taking place after the movie! O.O I wonder how things would play out then! It'd be a total mystery to everyone! That'd be so exciting!
:D
Keyblade101 repliedIf the Coco world were to take place after the movie who would we possibly fight in place of Ernesto??? As far as I know he'd either be in jail at that point (the director confirms that Ernesto still exists even though he was crushed by the bell and will never experience the Final Death because he will be remembered for his crimes nor will he be able to cross the Marigold Bridge) or still be stuck under the bell!
Keyblade101 repliedOH! Maybe if the Coco world takes place after the movie we'd start out in the Land of the Living at the Rivera Shoe Shop, meet Miguel, and maybe Sora would wonder over to Hector's shrine in the Shop and touch the guitar and is then sent to the Land of the Dead where he meets Hector and the other dead Riveras???
Keyblade101 repliedTo add to that point, what if Sora and Co. In the Coco world while it's still daytime and then he meets the Living Rivera family, including adorable little Socorro
, and Sora helps set up for the Dia de Los Muertos celebrations with Miguel explaining to Sora what the holiday is about.Keyblade101 repliedAnd then once the decorating is complete the sun has set and the celebrations have begun and then Sora wonders into Hector's shrine in the Shoe Shop and touches the guitar and then ends up in the Land of the Dead and looks around to see skeletons wondering around everywhere and THEN Sora meets the Dead Riveras.
Keyblade101 repliedAnd when the Dead Riveras see Sora they decide to help him get back to the Land of the Living and as they make their way through Santa Cecila THAT'S when Dream Eaters start showing up!
Keyblade101 repliedOh! And to add to Sora helping the living Riveras decorate for Dia de los Muertos, maybe while its still daytime they could send Sora on errands by having him find papel picado banners and and marigold flowers around town and then when we get back to the Rivera house and present the the decorations the scene then moves to when the sun is setting and THEN Sora helps put the decorations up!
Keyblade101 repliedIt'd sort of be like the supplies collection thing we did for the raft in KH1!
Keyblade101 repliedAnd since it looks like the little conversations that take place outside of cutscenes will be voiced now (I saw it on a video of the Toy Story world in KH3 from the premiere event on youtube before it was taken down), maybe Miguel could explain to Sora what the holiday represents as Sora helps put everything in place for the celebrations, like spreading the marigold petals and moving the tables outside!
Keyblade101 repliedOh! And maybe Sora could help set up the ofrenda and Miguel could tell Sora who each of the people in the photos are!
The Transcendent Key repliedOh dang, that'd be a great way to offer some exposition on Miguel and the Rivera family, and it'd be a great way for Sora to get to know more about their family! My guess is that maybe in the Land Of The Dead, there's great unrest and something strange is happening! Ooh, ooh, how about this!? Sora, Donald and Goofy are drawn into the Land Of The Dead because people from there are experiencing the Final Death!
The Transcendent Key repliedWhen Sora and company investigate, it turns out that somehow, Xehanort and the Organization are involved in this, and they are conducting an experiment on memories and the strength of people's hearts to see if they can retain memories of dearly departed ones! So when people in the living world start forgetting their departed, they all go bye bye in the Land Of The Dead!
The Transcendent Key repliedHector would be really concerned about all this, and Sora would offer to help him get to the bottom of things! And then they'd discover that Unversed and Dream Eaters are causing everything to go amok! And that's if Coco was in Kingdom Hearts III! Hector would be an ally, and Ernesto would be someone who offers to help them, while having his own ulterior motives!
Keyblade101 repliedYeah, it would be a good way to get to know the family!
As for the whole errand-collection-thing I couldn't help but think of the objectives thing they introduced in 0.2 BbS!
Oooh, that whole investigation and stuff sounds awesome if it were in KH3!!!
The Transcendent Key repliedYep, it'd be nice to have that sort of side quest mechanic going on in that world! As long as it's fun, that's all that matters!
Yeah, it definitely would be awesome!
Keyblade101 repliedYeah! What if it was like, "Collect 5 strands of papel picado" or "Collect 15 marigolds" and be rewarded a new outfit accessory, like say a sombrero?
Keyblade101 repliedWhat if the treasure chests in the Coco world looked different depending on if they were in the Land of the Living or in the Land of the Dead? The ones in the Land of the Dead could have the design we came up with before, though I'm not too sure on how the ones in the Land of the Living would look just yet.
Keyblade101 repliedOh! What if, after fighting Pepita (I don't know for what reason if the world takes places after the movie) Sora can get Pepita as a Summon and to summon her all he has to do is whistle and then he proceeds to ride on her back as he fights enemies in the sky?
The Transcendent Key repliedYep, that could work, and it'd provide for some fun, Coco themed accessories to have on our adventure! As for treasure chests in the world of the living, maybe they could have a festive color, maybe with a scheme similar to the papel picado?
OOH, YES, THAT WOULD BE AN EPIC WAY TO SUMMON PEPITA AND FIGHT ALONGSIDE HER!
Keyblade101 repliedYES!!!!! THAT SOUNDS LIKE A PERFECT DESIGN FOR THE TREASURE CHESTS!!!

And yup, that would most definitely be a perfectly epic way to summon Pepita! I REALLY wanna see it happen now!
Keyblade101 repliedOh! Back to the Coco sequel discussion for a quick minute, there's an (I think) an official guide book that's supposed to be written by Miguel for only his sister Socorro to read as he's explaining both his living and dead family members as well as his adventure in the Land of the Dead (he even titles that section "For Socorro's Eyes Only!")
Keyblade101 repliedWell, what if there is a sequel (and this is going along with what we were saying that if Socorro had a more controlled reaction to being in the Land of the Dead) where Socorro's the main character and they touch upon this scrapbook that Miguel made for her and that's what helps her keep calm and maybe even immediately Hector and the others? Again, what if?
Keyblade101 repliedOh, and the book is called "I Love My Family! A Book of Memories" if you want to check it out!
It's adorable!
Keyblade101 repliedOh, and your suggestions of Coco themed accessories sound perfect too!
Maybe in line with the objective rewards along with the sombrero, Sora could get a mariachi costume as another reward?
Keyblade101 repliedOh, I just thought of something! What if Coco was given a tv series like Tangled and Big Hero 6 have?
Keyblade101 repliedMaybe it could explain what happened in between Mama Coco giving Miguel Hector's photo piece and the epilogue? It could show us how Miguel managed to tell everyone what really happened to Hector and how he got everyone in the Land of the Living to believe the truth of Ernesto de la Cruz and the fact he was a fraud, thief, and a murderer.
Keyblade101 repliedAlso, if Coco were to get a tv series would you prefer the same 3D CG used in the movie or a 2D style like in the Tangled and Big Hero 6 shows?
The Transcendent Key repliedOh wow, a guide book and everything made for Socorro, huh? That's pretty cool! Well, that way I'd understand how she'd be more calm in the case that she does end up in the Land Of The Dead! Ya, and the accessories would make sense, as they'd be things that would relate to the world in general! Ooh, and a TV series would be awesome! I'd dig the 2D art style for it, for sure!
Keyblade101 repliedYes to all!

Yeah I think I'd prefer the 2D style too. For some reason it seems to fit the Tangled and Big Hero 6 tv shows just fine in my opinion, so why not do the same for a Coco tv series?
Keyblade101 repliedAlso I think it'd be pretty neat and interesting to see the Coco gang in 2D instead of 3D
Now I can't help but wondering how it would all go!
Miguel trying to convince everyone in town of the truth behind Ernesto's songs really being Hector's and the fact that Ernesto murdered Hector; I imagine there'd more than likely be more than a few who would not believe it for the longest time until the proof was shown to them. The Transcendent Key repliedIndeed! And speaking of the Tangled and Big Hero 6 shows, are they good?

Yep, I'm pretty sure it would be interesting to see how people would react initially to Ernesto being a murderer! And yeah, 2D is a great style of animation, one that I dearly miss from Disney films, ya know?
Keyblade101 repliedYeah the Tangled show is excellent, as for the Big Hero 6 show I just started watching though it look promising in my opinion.
And yeah everyone's reactions to Ernesto's crimes would be amazing to see!
Keyblade101 repliedAnd while I miss the 2D animation movies I honestly can't imagine seeing the current movies themselves turned from in 2D, I think the 3D just works perfectly for them.
Keyblade101 repliedOh! On the topic of a Coco tv series, what if Miguel went around to where Hector and Ernesto toured back in the day and with the more proof he finds and people Miguel tell Hector's story to the more people will begin to know and remember him?
Keyblade101 repliedBecause if you look closely at Hector's facial markings and compare how they look when we first meet him to how they look at the end of the movie, they are so much brighter and filled in, showing how a lot of people remember Hector.
Keyblade101 repliedOn that note, maybe in every other episode or so they could cut over to the Land of the Dead and show Hector growing stronger and healthier with all the people that start to remember him?
The Transcendent Key repliedAwesome, I want to see if I can get into the shows!

Yep, it'd be interesting to see how their perspectives on Ernesto change with that information about him being a murderer!
Yeah, I get what you mean, but honestly, 2D Disney will always be my love! And yeah, concerning the TV series, that'd be cool!
Keyblade101 repliedOh! For the Coco in KH, what if Sora had to help the Riveras make a few pairs of shoes? I mean, it can't be too far out there since Remy from Ratatouille is helping Sora cook in KH3, right?
The Transcendent Key repliedYep, it'd make for a fun minigame, and provide for alternate skins for Sora's shoes!
Keyblade101 repliedThat is if Abuelita Elena still doesn't pester the heck outta Sora for his shoes and makes him new ones herself like we thought before!
Keyblade101 repliedHey, what color do you think a potential mariachi outfit for Sora would be? Miguel's is all red, so what about Sora's? Black?
Keyblade101 repliedAlso, given that the names of almost all of the new worlds that have been revealed so far in KH3 (excluding Toy Story as its name is Toy Box) has been the name of their movie's main location would the name of the Coco world be the name of the town, "Santa Cecilia"?
Keyblade101 repliedYou know, instead of it being "The Land of the Dead" in Spanish? I JUST NOW thought of that and now I'm honestly REALLY curious of how that would go.
Keyblade101 repliedOMG Did you see that Miguel "Remember Me" medal on the tweet for the Japanese version of Union X?!?!!?!? I WANT THAT MEDAL! IT'S MAKING ME WANT COCO IN KINGDOM HEART EVEN MORE!! Please let that medal come over to the US version!!
Keyblade101 repliedHere's the link just in case you haven't seen it yet
- https://t.co/Fl22loJPTwThe Transcendent Key repliedAh, you know what? Santa Cecilia would also be a great name for a Coco world! Dang, I'm conflicted now!
And yeah, poor Sora could get a smacking for his boots! X3 As for Sora, black would definitely be a great color for his outfit! Yahhh, and I saw the medal! Right now there's a Coco event going on in UX!
Keyblade101 repliedI'm conflicted about the name for the Coco world too!
Haha! Yup, poor Sora and his boots!
And yay, black mariachi outfit it is!
And yes, I saw the Coco event in Union X and I'm excited! I love those medals!
The Transcendent Key repliedWell, I guess we'd find out in time! Yes, Sora has to be on the look-out, but hopefully Elena won't give him too much of a hard time!

Yessss, they look awesome indeed!
Keyblade101 repliedYes to all!!!
:D
Oh man, can you imagine the reactions that would happen were a Coco world announced in KH4? I've seen some pretty hilarious reactions to KH trailers and I'd LOVE to see some reactions to a Coco world announcement!
The Transcendent Key repliedOh, and did you read the latest article? It seems Nomura and his team have considered Marry Poppins before!
Keyblade101 repliedI did see that! I honestly have no idea how Mary Poppins would fit given how wacky it is, but there is the Alice in Wonderland world, so....
The Transcendent Key repliedYep, by now we should know that when it comes to Kingdom Hearts, anything is possible!
Keyblade101 repliedYup!
Oh, any ideas what potential Coco themed Heartless and/or Dream Eaters might look like? I can't help but imagine a Shadow dressed as a mariachi! That would be so ADORABLE!
The Transcendent Key repliedI think that Heartless would definitely have a mariachi or Day Of The Dead inspired designs about them, and for Dream Eaters, I can imagine them having Alebrije skins, which is badass!
The Transcendent Key repliedGoing off topic, did you see that fan made 100 Acre Wood trailer that's making the rounds on YouTube? Epic stuff!
Keyblade101 repliedAny chance you could send me the link for the 100 Acre Wood trailer? I'm looking for it and all I'm finding is links to trailers for the Christopher Robin movie.
Keyblade101 repliedI watched the 100 Acre Wood trailer! I couldn't help but laugh when it got to the Eeyore part!
The Transcendent Key repliedYeah, it's just hilarious! Gotta give props to the creator of that video!
The Transcendent Key repliedSo man, you excited for the new KHIII trailer we shall hopefully get within the next few weeks?
Keyblade101 repliedYES!!!! Do you think there's a chance we'll get to see the opening cinematic early like how we did with BbS 0.2?
The Transcendent Key repliedI'm pretty sure that there's a very highly likely chance we'll get to see that! And if not the opening, then at the very least just a new trailer and maybe, hopefully, we get to see the official box art for the game! With four months left till release, we should be getting the cover art by now!
