Shit, I've made a hypocrite of myself for we all deserve better than some shitty job that takes ALL of our time. Hell, I've spent quite a lot of time telling the recently arrived in this status CCA/Gracie this.
That's what I get for leaving a quick comment without thought.

VexenReplica repliedIt's on your Team (チーム) page, where you go and fight raid bosses. You can either click the Raid Boss picture on the left sidebar or click the big square thing in the center of your home page
VexenReplica repliedYeah, that's the chat though. They're Japanese players, so they'll speak in Japanese. If you mean the party chat, it's the Party (パーテイ) option in the menu, in the long top row.
