One thing about Olympus Coliseum is that in every game it is in where new worlds are introduced a Final Fantasy Character is involved with the worlds plot. In KH1 we had Cloud (with Sephiroth brought in for the Western release), in KHII we had Auron and in BBS we had Zack. So I feel that another FF character would likely be used to appear somewhere in the world for KHIII.

 

I myself would be quite interested in seeing Gilgamesh being used, as he would likely fit in the story quite well.

I'd like to see the Warrior of Light but I've heard rumors that have been going on for years that Lightning will be appearing in KH3 so maybe she could be the Olympus fighter? Or a new member of the restoration committee 

I don't know how likely it will be, but I would personally like to see Noctis.

Almost any character would work for that world. I'd be intrigued by whoever they pick. Just as long as they have someone there.

It's either pink haired chick that for some reason calls herself Lightning, or broody teen Mr. Noctis! Either of those two humans are most likely to show up in the Coliseum for Kingdom Hearts III!

Gilgamesh or Vincent. Seriously I just want to fight Gilgamesh in Kingdom Hearts, forget about Sephiroth let me fight the greatest swordsman of all time!

I kinda want Zack to return, but as a dead person. Since, y'know, he's probably dead. It wouldn't be the first time you'd see dead people in OC either.

Or maybe Rinoa.

Lightning fits the role like a glove. She's called Lightning and her role in Lightning Returns was to serve a God.

Either Lightning or Noctis. I can't see any other possibilities.

My money is on Noctis. He seemed to have some connection to the undead back when it was versus.

 

Then again, it seems like they're going through the Hercules storyline this time around so maybe they won't have an FF character this time

Sephiroth can appear elsewhere like how he came to Radiant Garden in KH2, I say make Noctis the big one at Olympus Coliseum or at least somewhere...along with Lightning. We already had Auron, Cloud, and Zack, I would like to see them join the other characters...Though it would be interesting to see Barret...

I'd like to see Jecht, Gilgamesh, Bartz, the Warrior of Light or Garland show up. We need an awesome secret fight with a FF character WHO ISN'T SEPHIROTH.

Gilgamesh would be my top choice. He is hillarious.

Cecil could be in there too for a friendly fight(or just some darkness talk, if the fight would be against Dark Knight Cecil)

Kain just because the fight would be cool

Golbez because he is probably the closest thing we would get to Darth Vader in Kingdom Hearts.

Eh, I still think SE loves Lightning, Cloud, and Sephiroth more.  Noctis is just getting a lot of attention now because he's the star of FFXV, the newest FF game, so that's to be expected.

 

Ugh, yes I heard about them talking about making FFXIII-4.  I wish they'd just let the XIII series die already.  I know there are plenty of people who like the XIII series, but most people I know hate them.  Heck, not even VII got this many sequels/prequels in such a short amount of time!  I think SE just wants to make XIII-4 because they can't let Lightning go since they love her so much.
