Is Square Eninx lieing to us or is Bill Famer (Goofy) telling fibs?

Posted

I don't know whether to trust square Eninx or Goofy's voice actor whether or not the game will release this year.

Square has deleted comments that Bill Farmer said about Kingdom Hearts 3.

I know this is very unlikely, ... but what if Kingdom Hearts 3 will be released this year and that Bill Farmer was

telling the truth. But Square does not want ANYONE to know how far into development they really are. they

may decide to not tell the release date and just bring the game like that! that would be a surprise!

Hax. Calling it now

Someone is just messing with the fandom for fun

I don't think anyone is lying. Bill once thought he was recording for KH3 until he found out it was Coded.

Oh yes, a very big surprise indeed!

A badly developed, poorly thought out, glitchy, and horribly rushed surprise.

Yeah, like Beauty and the Beast. That movie is still enjoyable.

That's assuming Square Enix hasn't been lying to us and has in fact been developing the game since 2010.

Think about it, it takes 3-5 years just to make a computer animated movie, how long must it take to make a game?

I'd feel really trolled

Hmmm....well then again, someone did say yesterday that 2015- 2002 is 13........

Nomura, you sly fox....

So he wants the game to fail? The number of Darknesses is 13 for a reason. It's an unlucky number. 7 is a lucky one.Superstition.

The same amount of time. So it's possible.

I do believe he recorded for a KH game, but for KH3? Highly unlikely, unless Square is just being super prepared with their voice acting.

Maybe they made a kingdom hearts 3 teaser trailer that would probably would have been released to the public probably in the second half of this year.

I really don't know what to make of this.  Like I mentioned last night, it could be that Nomura and the gang have been lying to us all along and the game is actually very far in development, but that's just a suspicion.  For all we know, Kingdom Hearts III has probably been worked on since 2010, when Birth By Sleep came out, and like I said last night, I believe Nomura said this in an interview a long while back.  I really don't know what to make of all this, but I believe the game will come out in 2017, and that's what I'll keep on believing!

Didn't they say a month ago that they were still deciding what worlds to use? Doesn't seem like this game will be ready this year.

He recently said this.... Dont know if it was posted

Imo I think Square Enix was trying to cover it up. It will probably come out late 2015 or 2016 (you guys act like it will take decades, its been worked on for a while now). No matter what, Final Fantasy XV will come out first, and that I'm expecting to release late 2015.

KH3 will probably come out early or mid 2016.

Ha... No. It won't be 2015. We'd have seen much more of the game if it was being released now. I don't know why people think the game will come out this year when Nomura's said multiple times that the game is still in early development, even if it has been a few years.

if this ni99a is lieing im going to be mad and he going to need to get his a$$ kicked and job gone

SE is lying to us because they want to be like. "Here is a new kh3 trailer in a highly development stage. And oh yeah the game comes tommorow out"

i wouldnt b shocked if they were hiding the fact they were mroe than half way rdy with the gamewe saw fro mteh trailer how detailed they made sora, jsut wait and see how everyone else looksi mean im hoping the gameplay models will b as close to detail as the cinematic models

I call bulllsh@t on it. I think it's just appeasing the fans with white lies to make them stop bugging him.

Who knows. He could be telling the truth. The game could have entered development way before it was announced back in 2013. I still think its highly unlikely that its going to release before a Dream Drop Distance HD remaster because everyone would be confused jumping right into KH3s story (How'd Lea get a keyblade, how did Riku become a master, why did sora fail, etc.). A DDD re-release must happen on PS3 or PS4 in my opinion to give people a chance to play it who don't have a 3DS

I doubt anyone will see this but this is my take on it. Bill Farmer is a professional voice actor, I can hardly believe that he is providing his voice to something without knowing what it is. But, there is also no way kh3 will be released this year. I've been mulling this over and have come to what I believe to be the most rational conclusion. He mixed up kh3 with kh3d. They sound similar. This would make sense considering that Nomura wants the series on one console and 3d is the only one yet to be brought to the PS3. Considering the fact that kh3 is probably a year or two away it makes more sense that they are remastering 3d and he is providing additional voice work for that. Now of course I could be wrong so I'm not taking much stock in this as its only a guess, but that's the best answer I can come up with.

He actually has never said early developement, so I don't know what you've been reading, I've read the interviews and he never says it's still in early development, the last one said developement has been moving quite quickly

Square Enix could have done all of that just to shoot down any hype for the game. I could see why. With too much hype comes expectations that are impossible and unrealistic and when the game comes out, there are too many irrational disappointments. Also, do you all remember Sony getting hacked and secret documents and trailers were released? Well, with this latest rumor, this makes the whole issue interesting.

I believe either Bill simply lost track for what KH game he records for at this point (who can blame him?) or Square Enix is covering up the game is way more developed than we know.

Or both.

I personally obviously root for the latter, but the first one is more realistic. We also gotta know what "too soon" means by Nomura and game industry standards.
