Assuming Young Eraqus and Xehanort are going to be playable characters during the beginning of Kingdom Hearts III, who would you rather play as?

Young Eraqus! Mostly because I really like his design in the kh3 trailer

Young xehanort, so we can see what made him so obsessive with kingdom hearts, X-blade and the balance of light and darkness

If they play differently, that is, depending on what you mean by "play as", I'd say I'd have to really try out Xehanort. No major reason, but I'd hope Xehanort had an advanced play style, or something that's harder to control, yet powerful when used.

I think playing as a young Xehanort would add more to the story than playing as a young Eraqus.

It would be pretty interesting to play as both of them in the game, considering that the scene of them playing chess that we have seen in the trailers it going to be one of the first things we will see of the game kind of hints at the possibility of it that we could play as one of them or both but I kind of want to play a Erauqs a bit more than Xehanort

Eraqus, Pretty boi swagger all da way!

I guess I would like to play both. We don't really know all that much about Eraqus and I've always been a bit suspicious concerning his actions in Birth by Sleep. With the secret ending, Xehanort's words in particular, I feel like there's more to him than just a simple master figure who didn't seem to play such a major role so far. Apart from giving Terra a reason to use the darkness, that is. In fact, I think he will play an important part in KH3 in one way or another.

 

And Xehanort because of reasons already mentioned. Maybe it would help understand his motifs better, though this could be achieved either way.

I would play as Eraqus. But if I need to unlock something, I will play as both of them. (If it's possible to play as both of them...)

Definitely Xehanort because he is awesome and you rarely get a chance to play as the antagonist. Also i think it would give KH3 one more reason to replay it once we know the plot twists of KH3 and possibly everything about his motivations etc.

About Eraqus...i dont think it is necessary to include him as a playable character.

Young eraqus. But i would love to have xehanort be the main playable character in a spin off prequel.
