ZOOTOPIA IS LIFE! Such a good movie. Don't know why people called it "dark"? Heavy themes for sure but not dark...
WakingDawn96 repliedWell it's more "dark" compared to other Disney classics, even though some do have their moments. But Zootopia focuses more on a theme that is different than the normal family movie theme Disney has done in the past. But if anything is "darker" than the original Disney movies, it would be the new Jungle Book movie!

I think most Disney movies have some kind of dark aspect to them but I really appreciate how Zootopia also touched upon realistic child bullying you don't really see it that much in animated movies like Nick and Judy's childhood. It's well presented by how bullying can affect into adulthood.
WakingDawn96 repliedAnd IwasBornAsVentus, I am someone who was bullied many times growing up, and so I can kind of relate to these characters in that way, and one of my favorite parts was when Judy's bully apologize, cause that isn't something that ever really happened for me, but something that I would have liked to have happened for me.
PrinceNoctis repliedI loved the movie, especially the way they touched upon racial profiling and stereotyping. It was very clever. But I still don't the see the "darkness" of it. I mean compared to "The Lion King" or "Pocahontas", it's not dark at all. Even Big Hero 6 was darker in my opinion.

WakingDawn96 repliedI know, I want to be excited over new Sonic games, but then I take a look at what Sonic has done in the past, and it makes me worry for any new Sonic game. The only Sonic appearances that doesn't make me worry is Smash Bros and Lego Dimensions.
Awesome Sauce repliedI just don't get how, with Colors and Generations, Sega made a beacon of hope for Sonic, but then LW came with a mixed reception, but it wasn't bad. Then Boom came and it was 2006 all over again.
WakingDawn96 repliedI didn't like LW at all. Im sorry to those who thought it was at least okay, it just wasn't for me and wasn't the Sonic experience I wanted to play. And I try and not think about Boom because it was a total mistake, with only the show and maybe the comics helping it out just a little bit. And I haven't yet played Generations and Colors because 1.) don't have the money 2.) I am so afraid to play a Sonic game anymore because I feel like it will just disappoint me.
Awesome Sauce repliedColors and Generations are far from dissapointments. The story might not be your cup of tea, but both are improvements over the Unleashed boost gameplay, and Generations even has completely 2D levels alongside the 3D ones. Colors is more 2.5D than 3D, but the Level designs are good and make use of the Wii's capabilities. The Wisps in Colors are much better than the ones in Lost World, so they're not forced down your throat.

I say 2010 at the earliest (when BBS came out and the keyblade war plot came into play). It's just the way they tell the story which makes you think everything was planned. Nomura's smart, that's it.

To everyone saying that the new Sonic 2017 game is "Sonic Generations 2" it's not. SEGA already confirmed that it's not a sequel to Sonic Generations.

I know we don't get the first or third Keyblade upgrade appearances, but I really hope we get the fifth eventually.
