Depends on a lot of things.

Just one, but if they do it like how they did it for Kingdom Hearts 2 I wouldn't mind it either.

Sora, Riku, Kairi, Axel. That's really all I want.

As many as possible. Odds are it might get narrowed down to two or three, but I would really love to get a chance to play as everyone who is going to play a big part in the upcoming battle. But of course I'd like to play primarily as Sora, but I still want the option to be there.  :D  <3

If they're playable briefly like King Mickey and Riku in Kingdom Hearts 2 then sure.

Otherwise no, just Sora is fine.

I want to play mainly as Sora but I also want small parts where I can play as other characters.

Sora, Riku, King Mickey, Roxas, and Lea. Kairi give or take.

Sora. But hopefully also a brief part where you can play as Ventus (like with Roxas in KH2).

Sora of course but if possible i would like to play some parts as Roxas like in KH2

sora and riku mostly, maybe king mickey. i want to play as those its necessary for them to be playable as

all of them, but i'm not sure how.... like having sora the main story and the others some mini-story (more or less like in BBS) or just some part inside sora's story

Sora as the main character, and Riku, Kairi, Lea or Mickey being playable at certain  points (Lea vs Isa and stuff).

Sora, Riku, Aqua and Roxas would be ideal for me.

How many do we even need? Most games have only one anyway, but as far as I know, that doesn't bother anyone.

just sora, with brief  appearances from other characters.

I'm cool with just Sora

That said playing as Donald would be pretty awesome

Lol I just couldn't believe my eyes when I read that people want only Sora.Anyways, I think after:

- Waiting for such game for a long time- It will be the final game for the saga

- On the PS4 with strong graphic.

I think after all these factors, we have the right to play as all the main characters: Sora, master Riku, Kairi, Terra, master Aqua, Ventus, Roxas, Xion, Lea and King Mickey (I would hope for master Eraqus and master Xehanort as secret or unlocked characters) so yeah. In my opinion, I think that after SE took our hearts to all these characters and made us like them, it would be totally ridiculous to only play as Sora, or both Sora and master Riku, because this game and showdown is the right to all the characters and the story is for all of them. I mean it's not just an exam (KH3D) or a single journey (KHI,KHII, Days) or separated journeys (BBS, COM) to have limited characters.

I'd be fine with just Sora alone.

Only Sora. Each world feels so short when you divide the story to two or three characters. Won't mind if they do similar to KH2 where you occasionally get to play as other such as Roxas, Mickey and Riku. But I mainly only want Sora.

Edit: However if there is multiplayer involved then I'd like to play as many different characters. Perhaps even get to design own to use. But for the main story; again, just Sora.
