In which KH game do you like Sora most

All I can say is that I don't find Sora annoying at all okay a little in COM and DDD but he's still not bad. But to me I really really like Sora in KH2 in the sequel I think he has matured a little from KH and COM but he's still this funny, quirky and sometimes naive person that we know him as. If I would rank him on a top five it would look like this

 

1. KH2 Sora 

2. KH Sora

3. KH BBS

4. KH Re Coded Sora I don't care that he's a data Sora I like him in Re Coded 

5. KH DDD and KH COM

 

What's yours top top 5

 

Other than that I think that Sora is a great main protagonist

I like KH1 Sora the most. For one, it's the only game we hear his little boy voice, but also the fact that he's just written plain smarter in that game. Disproving people's entire ideologies and everything. He even figured out who Maleficent was it being spelled out for him. KHII Sora would never be able to figure that stuff out. I feel like they've been flanderizing his character since KHII by attempting to make him more like a Disney character, but making him a moron in the process.

KH2 is the best, you can see how he's progressed since KH1.  BBS you didn't see enough of him.  DDD was the wrong worst because in order to make Riku appear cool, smart and collected, instead of putting him in situations to showcase those traits, they dumbed Sora back down to lower than his KH1 intelligence, so that Riku's smart by association of being with someone dumb.  Bad character writing and I'm disappointed SE would stoop to that.

KH Re:Com was mad and confused Sora which I enjoyed but then he seemed just overly upset

KH 3D Sora was a dumbass

KH Coded was well idk I still need to watch the movie but it's not the true Sora

KH1 Sora is the OG but I was never really feeling it

 

KH2 Sora is the best because he shows conviction and maturity but still the optimistic nature we feel and love with not to mention he's more centered and is in touch with feelings more than ever before. Lastly he truly perfect his fighting style of improvisation that helps him compensate for not knowing the "TRUE" way to wield a Keyblade which is extremely impressive IMO. 

 

Let's pray KH3 Sora is even better

Gameplay wise, he had drive forms I just loved drive forms I think that they were the best fighting 'style' we've seen in the KH franchise so far! I just loved them

I agree it annoys the firetruck out of me that Sora has become a plot device to further fanservice. While there is nothing necessarily wrong with fanservice it shouldn't be done at the main character's expense. I feel like DDD was a cop out considering Yen Sid set Sora up to fail

KHI Sora is my favorite and I don't really like the other Sora. I know he's the Keyblade chosen an all,but feel that after KHI, Sora became rash,dumb and overconfident,but because he's so damn strong it doesn't matter. Organisation XIII is not a threat for Sora which remove any tension from the games and that's why I like Riku so much.

 

When he fights against the members of Org.XIII there is some tension in the cutscenes,he almost died against Lexeaus,Zexion and Roxas,everytime he survived he learned something new about himself and that's interesting.He doesn't rush straight to the Organisation's Castle,he doesn't say stupid lines like ''I don't need any memories to take on someone like Marluxia'' or ''Good now we can settle this'' when facing all the members at once.

 

In DDD they had the perfect opportunity to show us Sora's weakness,but instead the Organisation somehow put Sora in a Dream or something which is completely out of his control and Sora should have lost his fight against Xemnas,he would have fainted because of his defeat not because he's already too deep into darkness.

5) DDD: was the worst of them and I was really disappointed, his behaviors makes him even more childish than BBS (I know I am exaggerating) but instead of thinking more mature than KHII like master Riku did, his character was so stupid and childish instead. A lot of scenes prove that.

The Sora from the first Kingdom Hearts is still my favorite. I love how he has finally gotten to go on the adventure that he wanted, but at the expense of losing his friends, and that this is something that he sort of torn about while he lives out his dreams. He's a little sad at some points, but never to the point of brooding or angsting over it, and I feel we get a lot of emotional range out of him (we also get this in Chain of Memories too). I also feel like the kindness he shows is incredibly genuine and fueled by a desire to do good, rather than just being nice because of the upbeat trope.

Definitely KHI. We got to see him as he matured and learned about the worlds around him, and it felt a lot more fun to me. I think his interactions with the Disney characters and the villains were more interesting in this one, too. This was the start of his journey, and seeing him grow was a lot of fun. I still like the others, of course, but KHI Sora was my favorite.

 

I also really liked him in CoM, since we got to see a side of him that we never really got to see before.

KH1 for being the most balanced, personality-wise. Nomura wanted to make him the kind, everyman kid and I think KH1 accomplishes that best while still having him be an effectual character. He's upbeat and optimistic, but not eternally happy or super happy-go-lucky for its own sake, like he has an inability to see how things might go wrong. His happiness is more subdued. He can get annoyed at his friends without it being milked for all this huge, story-wide drama -- his fight and reconciliation with Donald in Deep Jungle is one of the best examples of actual, mundane friendship in the franchise. Fighting and making up over spats is what friends do. No angst, no existential crisis, just a normal tiff that they need to work through.

I agree, feels like Nomura just wanted to set it up where there was a shocking moment at the end, but it just fell flat and unfair since it was out of Sora's control, it's like going to sit an English Exam and getting an F cause the teacher gave you last years paper, which was out of your control, but sure that twist at the end was worth it and screamed logically sense.

Well, I like all Sora's equally because they all influence each other.

People don't KH2!Sora because he is cocky and arrogant, but what 15 year old wouldn't be if the just saved the universe. KHII!Sora showed that change from innocent boy KH!Sora to a maturing young man.

3D Sora was a disaster. They always want to make Riku the "cooler" one. Other people can be cool too.
