Would you like to see Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII make an appearance in future Kingdom Hearts games? (credit for this poll goes to Sora96).

She's had three games, just let her rest already.

Meh. I know she's popular and all, but I've never played any game she starred in, so it's hard to give a shit. There are definitely other F characters I'd rather see first (virtually anyone from IX, for example) though really I'd only like to see any of them as boss battles in Olympus Coliseum or wherever else optional FF fights will happen in KH3. Storywise, FF realy never has (or should) mattered.

I haven't really played FFXII that much, but I think she would fit, as long as she doesn't replace Leon or something.

Sure, why not. As long as she has nothing to do with the main plot.

Doesn't matter to me. I don't like nor dislike Lightning, so I'm indifferent to her appearing. 

I like her but I don't really care if she appears or not. I think her and some other new final fantasy characters-to KH- appearing would be cool

Has she had her time in the spotlight: YesIs she over rated: YesHas she been shoved down our throats: Yes...But that doesn't mean she's not a good character. Don't make her a Keyblade wielder or anything, but I would love to have her in there. If Radiant Garden is up and running, have her be part of the new security. That would be a nice nod to her beginnings in Final Fantasy XIII. And of course, have her be a fight in some kind of tournament. The Lightning Cup!

I've only played XIII-2 but sure, I don't see why not. I think it would be pretty interesting whether they incorporated her as a boss, npc, or as someone who had a bit of a story. 

If any XIII characters are in KH3 I think it should be kid lighting in Twilight Town and Snow as his proper age in Olympus Colloseum. For all the hate he gets I actually like Snow.

I've never really had any connection to Lighting so I'm more in the 'I don't really care too much' group.

I would love it if she did, she's one of my favorite FF characters! Plus, you know how much Square Enix loves Lightning! She's bound to make an appearance in the game!

No. Keep anything involving Toriyama besides FF10 as far away from Kingdom Hearts as possible. The series doesn't need the stain of his mediocrity.

 

 

...man, that was the first thing that popped into my head to say, and now I'm looking at it and just thinking, wow I must really hate Toriyama. 

 

But for real though, Lightning had her time to shine. She doesn't need to be in the spotlight any more.

She would be fine if it were her XIII 1 outfit, but anything past that would look... Meh. I honestly don't mind if she was in KH3 or so. Maybe as a secret boss or party member like Auron was in KH2.

 

So, no real opinion on this, really.

I'd be all up for Lightning appearing in Kingdom Hearts!  And really, at this point, I'm pretty sure that Lightning will end up appearing in Kingdom Hearts III, or at the very least, the next saga!  She's a great character, and well, I'm curious as to how she'd interact with other Final Fantasy characters! (Yes, I know that she's interacted with others in Dissidia, but we haven't seen how she mingles with the KH Universe!)
