    The way I understand it, otaku is an actual Japanses term for people really into anime and other Japanese pop culture, weeaboo is an insult against obnoxious Westerners who are really into Japanese pop culture.

    Nope, "Otaku" means "addict" and can be used for anything, not only for anime and manga. Weeaboo is right.

    Well what if you live in America and you actually like animes a lot, but you aren't a jerk about liking it and you think of the shows just like regular tv shows you like? Cause I really love Pokemon, and I have watched the anime for years, and Pokemon is one of my favorite things in life!

    I got it to prepare for the sequel. I've wanted to get it for a long time, and found it at Gamestop for a decent price, so I figured I might as well pick it up now. So excited to see Haseo in the new one, since I'm watching .Hack//Roots and I really like his character so far.

    I've heard a bit about his connection with the other characters, and he sounds like a really cool villain. I wish I knew about them when I was younger, too. I'm hoping for an HD collection to be announced soon, with it being GU's 10th anniversary now. Even if it's just the GU trilogy, I'd love to play the games.
